Angel In A Hurricane

I thought I was just another storm,
You'd be too scared to tame.
But you kept on coming back,
Until I couldn't forget your name.
Now you feel so far away,
But I know it wasn't fake.
It's more than a dream, more than a fantasy,
So why am I burning with heartache?
As much as I yearn for you to stay,
You shouldn't have to pay the price.
Why would an angel like you,
Think to look at me twice?
A/N: I particularly like the title for this one. Once again, I'm convinced that these poems are developing a mind of their own; when I start writing them they're one thing, then by the end they've become something totally different! It's strange, but I find it quite beautiful, though why exactly I can't put my finger on. Oh well, I hope you enjoyed this little spell, pleas vote, comment and/or share with a friend, and I hope you have a nice day. Thanks for reading!
