The poignancy,
The beauty,
The story,
The emotion,
The purity,
The art,
The magic,
In your words.
I can't believe anyone,
Would lay a lash on you,
If they could see the beauty,
The ferocious passion,
In your words.
If only they could see the storm,
That howled beneath the whole innocent act,
Only it's not an act,
At least until he showed up.
You burned him with the cold shoulder,
With your words.
That'll teach him not to go storm-chasing.
