Who is your favorite author?
That's kind of hard for me to choose. I love Simone Elkeles but on Wattpad my favorite author is Lydia161290.

What inspired you to first start writing? Is it a big part of your life?
I think a bunch of things contributed to my inspiration for writing, not just one thing alone. When I was younger I used to watch Sims 2 series on youtube by various people and I think all of the storytelling shown throughout the series made me want to create something myself. Also I think just my initial love for reading and writing made me want to write too. Writing is definitely a big part of my life, it's my way to express creativity.

What was your reaction when you first hit over a million reads?
I couldn't really wrap my head around the fact that my book had gotten one million reads because that's more than a lot, I was really surprised but also really proud of how far my book had gone.

What can you say to frustrated writers who work hard but never get many reads?
Patience is key. It's like the quote "Good things come to those who wait." Success is not immediate, you just have to keep working towards it. As long as your story is interesting and you are telling it the way you want to, and you're proud of it, you're going to achieve reads sooner or later. Also you can tell friends about it and promote your stories on discussion boards, but please don't do it on other people's stories because it's kind of annoying.

Can you connect to any of the characters in your stories?
I connect with all of the characters in my stories. I try to give each character at least one attribute that I have so I can relate to them.

Where do you get inspiration for your stories?
Music plays a big part in inspiration for my writing. Different songs make me think of different scenarios that can happen and how some conflicts can be resolved.

How did you find about this website [Wattpad]?
At first I think I stumbled across Wattpad years ago but I was super young and I thought it was a blog website lol. But then forward a couple years and one of my friends was showing me a story that she read and she told me it was on this website.

What has influenced your current style of writing?
Age is what influences my style of writing. The older I get the more I grow as a writer and I learn how to fix some of my mistakes.

Are there any writers on wattpad that you'd like to suggest to the readers?
I have a handful. Based on what I like to read some authors I'd like to suggest are clarifications, haleystuart2, mintaftertaste, EsmeBronx, sodamnrad, Anna_mayy, and Lydia161290.

Lastly, do you have any advice in general for up and coming wattpad writers?
Write what you want to write and be proud of it. Always reread chapters when you finish writing them to find and fix any spelling or grammar errors after because it makes it more enjoyable for the reader as well as you to read after. And always remember that if you want your book to gain a lot of reads then patience patience patience.
