I walked over to my door and entered the key to my room in my boarding school

There was a guy unpacking his clothes and personal things

"Um hey" I said making him jump

"Erm Hi" he said turning around smiling at me as I dragged my suitcase to the bed next to his

"I'm Dan" I said

"I'm Phil" he said

We started talking about what we like and slowly started to become friends

Suddenly two guys burst through the door

"Hey Phil" they shouted and jumped onto his bed as Phil laughed

"Hey guys" Phil said laughing

I sat there awkwardly as I reached for my bag dragging it onto my bed then dropping it as it rolled off landing on my foot as I shouted and jumped away from my bag clutching my foot

As I suddenly realised it was quiet and I sat up blushing seeing Phil an his two friends staring at me

"Um hi I'm Dan" I said smiling

"You okay?" Phil asked

"Yeah" I said letting go of my foot as there was a small cut there

"One sec" I said hopping to the bathroom grabbing some tissue to stop the small cut from bleeding

I hopped back to my bed as Phil passed me a plaster

"So Dan this is Chris and PJ two of my best friends" I smiled at them

"Oh by the way Amelia is here" PJ said as Phil shot up out of the door

"Who's Amelia?" I asked once Phil had left

"His girlfriend" Chris said scrunching up his nose

"Don't you like her?" I asked

"No way! She's a fucking bitch" Chris said

"Phil likes her though that's important though"

"I don't think he really likes her" PJ said

"What's the point in dating her then?"

"I have no idea"

We all laughed

"Y'know I like you Dan" Chris said

I smiled widely at him

"Yeah me too" PJ said as I smiled

"Well see ya Dan" they said and walked out as I finished unpacking and sat on my bed waiting for Phil

Suddenly Phil came through the doors happily

"Hey Phil" I said

"C-mon Dan" Phil said pulling me up from my bed

"What?" I said

"Dinner"

  "Yes!" I said jumping up beside him as he laughed

We walked down some stairs and through some confusing corridors

"Phil do you know were the dining hall actually is?"

"Um no" he said

"I'm so hungry Phillllllllll" I whined

"So am I Dannnnnnn" he whined too

"I hate you your making me miss food" I said leaning on his shoulder

Phil giggled

"I mean it" I said still leaning on his shoulder

Phil started to laugh as I joined in as we walked into this girl

"Amelia!" Phil said

Amelia?
Oh Phil's girlfriend.

I took my head of his shoulder and laughed uncertainly

"Um Amelia do you know where the dining hall is?" He asked

"Yeah babe walk down here and turn left" she said stroking his arm and winking at him

Phil looked awkward and umcomfortable

We left Amelia and we didn't say anything until I spoke up

"So she's your girlfriend" I said

"Um yeah" Phil said

"Do you like her?"

"Um no" Phil said and I started laughing

"I can't break up with her she's terrifing! And when I kiss her it's like kissing a dead snake!"

I started laughing louder an Phil joined in as we reached the dining hall and ate as much food as we could

Over the weeks I found myself slowly falling in love with Phil and he was still with Amelia

I had caught them many times making out on Phil's bed as I usually stayed in the common room with Chris

"Dan, can I ask you something?" Chris said seriously as I nodded

"Are you gay?" He asked

I looked down at the floor

"Um yeah" I said

Chris hugged me and I hugged him back

"And do you fancy Phil?"

I felt myself blush and nodded

"KNEW IT!" He shouted

"Shhh don't tell anyone"

"Secret is safe with me, but seriously you need to tell him how you feel"

"Yeah soon" I said

Weeks passed and Phil finally broke up with Amelia which made me more hopeful everyday and I still haven't told Phil how I felt about him, and was talking about it with Chris, in mine and Phil's room while he was out with PJ shopping for something

"Dan you should tell him" Chris said for the 5th time

"Chris I can't! I can't go up to Phil and just be like Hey I fucking love you Phil. I love everything about him his laugh and smile, the way he dresses an all the little things he does an his cute odd socks, the way he once slept with me when I was scared, the way he let's me rest my head on his shoulder, the way we sometimes hold hands, it kills me in the best way possible, I love him I really do! I love Phil Michael Lester" I said sitting down as Chris patted my back as the door swung open revealing Phil and PJ

I looked across at the mirror showing my face was white

"How much of that did you hear?" I asked quietly

"All of it" Phil replied quietly

"Oh" I said speechless

Fuck

I looked a Chris who gave me a small smile

"Did you mean it?" Phil asked

"Erm Yeah I did every word" I said looking at the floor

I heard Phil run over as I looked up just in time as Phil smashed his lips against mine

He pulled me up while still kissing me as I wrapped my arms around him as he did the same

I smiled happily into the kiss this was perfect

"YES PHAN CALLED IT!" Shouted Chris and PJ

Yep this is perfect
