"Really!?" I said
"I guess" Dan said laughing
"I'm your best friend" I said shocked sitting back
"Yes you are" Dan said
I stood up happily
"DAN HOWELL IS MY B-"
Dan threw his hand around my mouth as I giggled
"Shut up Philly"
"I'll meet you at my locker after school yeah?" He said
"Yeah and don't forget your coming to mine and then we're going out to see the bonfire night show"
"How could I forget" Dan said laughing as the bell rang
"See you later Danny
"Bye bye Philly" Dan said quickly hugging me and walking off
Man this guy was adorable
I smiled and walked to geography which actually wasn't to bad
I ran out of geography and waited by my locker scanning the hallway for Dan
I waited 15 minutes and Dan wasn't here and the hallways were empty
I walked to the bathroom looking for Dan
"Dan? Dan?" I called walking into the toilets
"Dan!" I said shocked as Dan was sat on the floor holding his cheek while tears streamed down his face
"Dan what's wrong?" I said sitting beside him putting my arm around him
"Dave, he thought we were dating a-and hurt me b-because apparently you were about to say I was your b-boyfriend in front of the whole class" Dan said quietly sobbing
"Your not right Phil" Dan said crying more
"It's not right to be gay" Dan said crying hysterically
"I-it's n-n-not right r-right to l-like b-boys" he cried
"But your bi Dan" I said crying as I stood up
Dan cried into his hands as I left him and ran home
"Hey Phil where's your lover?" Martyn said laughing
I burst into tears as I ran up to my room
"Phil wait!" He said chasing me up into my room
"Where's Dan?" He asked softly
"Crying in the toilets at school"
