"What do you want Jasper?" I said rolling my eyes.

"I need to speak with you" he said grinning. "Well actually I need you to do something. Drink this" he geld out a small vial filled with a silver metallic liquid.

I stared at it and cocked my head to the side. "No" I looked up at him and he frowned.

"Why not?" He asked. His arm dropped to his side. "Do you not trust me?"

I folded my arms and raised my eyebrow. "Do you really want me to answer that?"

"Whatever. Just drink this. Quickly" he said thrust the vial towards me again. The liquid was thick as it swirled. I frowned and took it from his hand cautiously.

"What is it?" I asked as I looked closer at it.

"A potion to protect our child" he said and I looked up at him.

"Why do they need to be protected?" I asked and felt my hand go to my stomach sub-conciously.

Jasper ran his hand through his hair and sighed. He paced back and forth for a second before he came over and grabbed my arms. "Some people don't want this baby to be born. This protects it"

I looked down at my stomach and back at the vial. "Think about it. Please?" Jasper said before turning and leaving.

"You're not going to drink it are you?" Jordan asked me as I continued to stare at the metallic liquid.

"I..  I don't know" I said.

"Willow you can't trust him" Tristan added.

"But what if he's telling the truth. If someone hurts this baby... I don't know what I'd do" I said rubbing my stomach gently.

"Do it" Jake said. "Jasper wouldn't hurt you or the baby. He loves you both even if he doesn't show it"

I stared at the vial and opened it. "Here goes nothing?" I shrugged and swallowed the liquid. It felt hot as it ran doen my throat and stuck to the insides of my mouth. I gagged as the taste of metal made itself known.

"Willow?" Caelan said and touched my arm. His fingers felt like a hot iron and I flinched away. It was too hot. I felt sweat start to form on my forehead as my knees buckled. Caelan caught me but I screamed as he touched me. He laid me on the ground and stepped back. His hands were shaking and Jordan was holding him back from me.

Ethan and Jake paced the room as they seemed to be looking for something.

The world started to spin and I began to feel nausous. I managed to push myself up on shaky legs and get to the wall. I held myself up on the cold stone as the nausea started to fade. I leaned forward and my breaths came in short and ragged. "Willow? You okay now?" Tristan asked.

A wave of sickness cane over me as I clutched my stomach and doubled over. I began to throw up the silver liquid and my knees buckled again but Tristan caught me. Again his skin felt like a hot iron and I screamed but he didn't let me go. I stopped throwing up and Tristan was talking to me but I couldn't hear him.

"Willow!" Caelan screamed and that was the last thing I heard before I blacked out.

I rubbed mg eyes as I woke up. The sunlight was blinding.

Wait. Sunlight?

I bolted upright and scanned the room I was in. I was Jasper's bedroom. I groaned and swung my feet out of bed. I stood up and my legs felt shaky but I held myself up with the bed as they strenghtened.

I bent my knees and tested my legs before walking over to the window. I leaned forward and looked out onto the village below. I smiled until I felt a strange feeling in my stomach. I felt it again and frowned. It felt like something just hit my stomach from the inside.

Realisation dawned on me and I frowned. Babies don't usually kick until later on. I looked down and screamed at what I saw.

My stomach was swollen and my non-existent baby bump was now very existent. I poked it gently and felt the kicking again. It terrified me and intrigued me at the same time. The door opened and Jasper grinned as he walked in. "You're awake. You've been out a long time"

"How long?" I said nervously. I held my hands over my bump and it felt strange.

"A week" Jasper said and walked over to the bed. He lay back.

"A week" I stared down at my stomach. It shouldn't have grown that quick. "What did you do to me?" I asked my voice shaking.

"Protected our child. It should be born in the next few days and then we can protect them properly" Jasper said jumping out of bed and walking over to me.

"Few days?" I said shocked. "I can't be a mother. Jasper I need more time!'

"For what? You'll make a brilliant mother" he said and stepped closer to me again.

"No Jasper I won't. I'm 18 and I'm scared. I can't do this" I pushed past him and went into the bathroom and shut the door behind me.

"Willow!" Jasper shouted through. "Come out"

"No!" I shouted back.

"Stop being childish Willow!"

"No!"

"Willow..."

"Go away!"

"I don't know what you're doing?"

"I'm telling you to leave me alone!"

"Fine!" Jasper shouted and I heard the bedroom door slam as he left.
