Shard 41

I decided to visit Yuu instead of calling him after that terrible accident. I went to the elevators and clicked the button.  I got in. I checked my phone, 5:14 p.m. I still have plenty of time.

Then the elevator opened at the lobby floor. I looked up. Kaito got in. I shifted away to the corner and then got out of the elevator. I quickly started walking away. Why am I dodging him now?

I remembered where Yuu's house was located so it was quite simple. I ranged the doorbell to his house. The door opened and Chiho stepped out. "I'm sorry, Shina-chan, but Yuu's dad is here today so you might want to leave" Chiho said to me. "Ah, I'm sorry for-"

"Whose this?" a tall dude with blonde hair asked. I looked at him. "Kazuma" Chiho said. "Judging by your external figure. I suppose you are Yuu's lover" Kazuma said. My face went black. You are damn wrong, Mr. Kazuma-san.

They welcomed me in the house. We sat in the living room. "Uh, I was wondering if Yuu is okay" I said. "You are wondering about my son's body. Well, I can't help but think that you are Yuu's girlfriend" Kazuma said. "You're wrong, Dad" Yuu said as he came down the stairs.

I turned around and looked at him. "Y-Yuu" I said. "Son, I told you before. When you get a girl, contact your father first" Kazuma added on. "Dad! She's not my girlfriend!!" Yuu shouted. We all looked at Yuu in our shocked faces. He shouted! At his dad! Get some, Kazuma! Your beloved son just shouted!

"Yuu" Chiho said. Yuu looked away and dashed towards the door. Kazuma smiled. "He's still like that. He hates me still. Looks like these past two years didn't change him" Kazuma mumbled to himself. "Yuu hates you?" I said. "Shina, let me explain. Yuu used to love his father, but things changed when father left for business trips. That's how Yuu grew distant from his father" Chiho explained. 

I sighed.  "Yuu is lucky to have you guys" I commented. They looked at me and smiled. "I'm pretty sure your parents are lucky to have a polite daughter like you" Chiho added. Polite, please. I smiled a bit. My parents? Proud to have me? I don't know. I got up from the couch and said, "I'll bring Yuu back." Kazuma smiled. "If only you were our future daughter-in-law" Kazuma added. Get lost, Kazuma.

I ran out the house and started my search. Where will Yuu be? Let's re-trace something. Think, think!

 All of a sudden I saw a blurry vision of a playground. Bingo!

Why does this sound so magical now? How was Shina able to do it? You will see later on~ Speaking of magical, you guys should watch Boku no Hero Academia (My hero academy).
