I ran into my room crying my eyes out. My boyfriend of two years just broke up with me. Why had he done it? Did I mean anything to him? Did he even love me? I cried into my pillow. I decided to text my best friend Jaeden.
You: Jaeden can you come over?
Jaeden💞: ofc I'll be over in 5
Five minutes later he arrived. I opened the door to see him with a bag of Doritos, and other snacks. I smiled. I let him in and we sat down on the couch. "So tell me, what happened?" He asked. "My boyfriend broke up with me Jaeden. I thought we were going to last forever. But boy was I wrong." I said as tears rolled down my face. He brought me into a hug while I cried on him. "Listen Emma, you are so much better then him. He didn't deserve a sweet, pretty, girl like you." He said. I smiled. "Thanks Jae." I said. "Anytime." He said.
We ate food and watched movies. Jaeden always helped me, he made laugh, smile, and feel loved. I fell in love with the wrong person, but now I know I'm falling in love with the right one.
