Chapter 12

KALIN'S POV-

Vivi's words keep replaying in my head. How can I show her I do not just want to get in her pants. I really like her. And I don't know why I do. She's different than most girls. She doesn't throw herself at me. She's playing hard to get and I think that is what's drawing me more into her.  Jenn probably already told her about me. No wonder she keeps saying I just want to get in her pants.  I pull up to Myles house and knock on the door.

"About time ." He jokes

"I got busy. " I say

"Oh I see. Melissa huh? " He laughs

"Nah bruh. Where is everyone at?" I ask

"In the back shooting some hoops." Myles says

"They better get ready to lose."  I laugh

"Look who finally showed up." Ronnie says

"What you couldn't wait to lose or what? " I say while grabbing the ball out of his hand and dunk it.

" Ha you're funny. " Ronnie says sarcasticly

" Aye so I was thinking about throwing a little party at my place next weekend? What yall think? Ronnie asks us

"Hell yeah I'm down." Jake says

"Hell yeah bruh. On one condition though." Tyler says

"What?" Ronnie ask

"Vivi has to go. She's hot as hell. So tell your girl to invite her.

" I got you. You tryna hit it I see." Ronnie says

"Well you know me." Tyler says and laughs

Fuck no. Why am i getting mad. She isn't even mine. And clearly she doesn't want anything to do with me. Maybe it's the fact that she might just give Tyler a chance. I can't let that happen. Cause Tyler just wants to have sex with her.  Tyler is my friend. A really good friend at that. But i can't allow that to happen. 

"Kalin and Myles I want yall to perform at my party. " Ronnie says

"Yeah I'm down. " Myles says

Me and Myles started writing songs together a couple months ago. We released some songs and surprisingly we got a lot of views and comments on them. People really like us and our music. We have an amazing group of supporters. We're slowly getting to the top.

"Sounds good to me." I say
