Chapter 5: My desire to meet an elf

The identity that Shin had known was that she is an elf. A race known to possess long-pointy ears, as well as being a long-lived race.

What he also knows is that elf tends to live in the woods and that they are always together in groups. Seeing the one before him alone and unconscious, he has a suspicion that something is amiss.

But for now...

"Its an elf! No way i met and elf this early on. Its getting better and better." <Shin>

{Hooh...your knowledge of these matters is amazing. But i think you should bring her somewhere else...she doesnt seem to be in a good condition.} <Shana>

As he got told off by the goddess, Shin begin helping the elf out. When he tried to carry her...

"Wow?! She is surprisingly light...or isit cause of my Strength stat? Im sure i would never be able to carry her if i had my original body." <Shin>

Shin was surprised to see his absurd strength. With that confirmation, he can safely assume that his new body is very durable.

A good amount of time had passed, the sun is setting and the place shin is seeking shelter in, is rather cozy.

Shin had brought the elf under a huge tree for shelter, made a campfire for warmth and also made a tent out of sticks and leaves for the elf to recover in.

Since Shin has no healing skills nor abilities, he can only rely on the elf to recover naturally.

Since the elf has yet to regain conscious yet, Shin begin analyzing the possible situations.

And what he had come up was that the village the elf was from may have gotten into trouble or she is running away from someone. Either way, her previous condition proves that it is not something good.

While he is thinking of this, the person in question spoked up...

"Ano...are you the one that help me? If so, thank you very much." <???>

With a slight bow, the owner of the voice appeared out of the leaf-tent. Standing there was an elf beauty holding onto a big leaf to cover her body. With the leaf barely covering her despite the size, her cleavage was visible enough that you can determine the size of it just by a glance. Also the clear skin of her legs and arms was visible as well. As to why she is bare is because...

"Your thanks are not needed. Helping people is what i do. Furthermore...if you are troubled regarding your current looks, your outfit were wet and if you continue to wear them, you might get sick. So i took them off to dry. I assure you i did not do any improper things to you nor saw anything. I made sure of that, so i hope you would beli..." <Shin>

As Shin was trying to prevent a potential troublesome matter before it happens, the elf assured him...

"I understand. So dont worry about it." <???>

Hearing the further honest feelings of Shin and his declaration of love, the goddess cant help but get surprised by it. She understood what this was.

While the 2 of them were conversing in their head, the elf broke the real-time silence.

"By the way, we have yet to introduce ourselves. My name is Iris Gaia. Im the daughter of the chief that governs over the elf village in 'Natura Forest'." <Iris>

"Well as for me, i am Shin Kagami. Im...well...err..." <Shin>

Thinking of what he should go by, the goddess provided an answer...

{Just say you are a wanderer for now.} <Shana>

With a good alibi, Shin continued...

"Oh! Im a wanderer. I travel around the world seeking for interesting events to experience and places to venture." <Shin>

As their proper greetings and introductions done with, Shin went straight to the main topic, the reason why she was unconscious in the river.
