Unable to comprehend what Iris just said, both Shin and Shana made a bewildered sound.
To that, Iris explained...
"The goddess of desires is the goddess that all 5 races of this world worship. We worshipped her since we believe that the 'Goddess of Desires' granted miracles to the land of this world as well as to the people." <Iris>
Hearing that story, Shin made a impressed face while Shana was still in confusion.
{What do you mean i am worshipped here??? I barely have any connection to this world. A-And this is my first time coming down to this world personally. How did the people here started worshipping me or even know of my existence???} <Shana>
Iris began recollecting the information she knew about the origins...
"W-Well... It was said in the 'Sacred Book' of the 'Serised Church' that a man once proclaimed that he was a herald of the 'Goddess of Desires' and that he came to this world to help develop and nurture this world in the name of the goddess. At first noone believed him, but after he made miracles by producing water from thin air and making gold with a snap of a finger, slowly everyone started to trust him. He established the 'Serised Church' where people can devote to and worship the goddess. He created the title 'Herald' and named himself that, a title for the highest seat in the church. And from then on he was recognized by everyone in this world. It was also said that magic was first used when he performed those miracles. He then spread the teachings of magic, that was how magic came to be." <Iris>
After hearing all that, Shin was further impressed that Shana was well-known in this another world.
However Shana stayed silent after hearing that story. Being worshipped without her even knowing, made her loss for words.
"That is why, if you really are 'The' Goddess of Desires, it is an honour to meet such an almighty being." <Iris>
Iris said that while bowing to thin air.
Still unable to respond, Shin talked for her...
"Interesting... this person must have been transported here by Shana as well. What is the Herald's name by the way? And can i meet him?" <Shin>
"His name is Satoshi-sama. However he is already dead. It has been over a 100 centuries since his miracles." <Iris>
Shin was disappointed that he was unable to meet someone from the same world.
Hearing that name, Shana finally spoked...
{...Satoshi!? That guy!?} <Shana>
"Do you know him Shana? I assume you brought him here" <Shin>
{Indeed... I transported him to this world just like you. And same as you, he caught my interest when i felt an absurd amount of desire he holds. If i remember correctly it was the desire for world peace and unity. However, I cant grant him his desires in his original world. But that was awhile back before i met you, Shin} <Shana>
"While back, huh? 100 centuries is considered 'awhile back' isit?" <Shin>
{What do you expect?! A goddess's track of time is different from a human. Besides, the time difference between the 2 worlds is also different.} <Shana>
Listening to Shin and Shana having a small argument, Iris felt a little left out.
It made her feel kinda sad.
She then started another topic that she had been thinking of...
"Erm...i've been hearing absurd things about Shin-sama since we met. Knowing that The Goddess of Desires is here is already something. But I noticed another absurd thing and it is what you said about your Power Level, Shin-sama. What did you say your Power Levels were?" <Iris>
