As she was tryna ask for help from Shin, her stomach made a declaration instead.
"Well, for now put on your clothes. While you are doing that, i shall hunt dinner." <Shin>
"But!" <Iris>
"No but. If you dont do it then i will not hear you out, you got that?" <Shin>
"ah...yes. I understand." <Iris>
With no other choice but to give in, she did as she was told.
While she was wearing her clothes, her village crossed her mind.
Thinking of the situation of her village, she begin feeling uneasy. She knows she cant do much if she returned without help.
Thats why meeting Shin was a miracle. She is in need of his help, but for now she can only obey, and hope that he will aid her and her village.

As he left the camp area, Shin activated [Scout], and surveyed his surroundings for animals to feed on.
Meanwhile, the goddess spoked...
{That was kinda mean of you. You shut her down without giving her a chance to speak up. She looked pretty desperate.} <Shana>
"I know. But if she is that desperate, all the more reason for her to at least properly recover first. And i doubt she can do anything at this time." <Shin>
{Fufu...despite your harsh treament, you are actually looking after her well-being. What a kind-hearted man you are.} <Shana>
Hearing the goddess complimenting him, shin made a lil-smile.
A proof that the goddess is slowly opening up to him. And that made him happy.
"Hmph! Kind people should be treated kindly and bad should be bad. Thats my motto." <Shin>
"Anyways, trying to open myself up to her is also another reason." <Shin>
{Hooh...interesting.} <Shana>
Not long after the [Scout] skill activated, the presence of a rather huge animal was detected. Sensing that, he planned his attack.
"Hmm this is a good chance to test some of my abilities. Lets see...i'll try [Shadow Walker]." <Shin>
After that, his body starts to turn dark and then melted into the ground, forming a black patch on the ground.
He knows what this ability does.
An ability that turns the user into shadow itself, allowing them to sneak around places undetected. But the best thing about this ability is that...
{It also makes me invulnerable. Hehe...as expected of my OP assassin class character. With this i can creep to that animal unnoticed and kill it.} <Shin>
Having thought of a plan, he begin executing it. But then he realized that he has no way of killing it. He has yet to own any weapons.
Thinking that, the goddess talked...
{Well if you have no weapon then use another of your ability. Im sure one of them is an offensive ability.} <Shana>
{Right. If i remember correctly, the [Abyssal Darkness] allows the complete control over shadow and darkness. Able to turn them into any shapes and forms.} <Shin>
{I should be able to use this .} <Shin>
Having made a new plan, he approached the animal in his shadow form.
As expected, the animal was not aware of him.
As he got closer, what he saw was a huge boar. Not only that, the boar has 2 horns potruding out of its head.
Continuing forward, he merge into the boar's shadow, and soon after he activated [Abyssal Darkness].
What happened next was multiple sharp spikes began appearing and impaled the giant boar from its shadow.
With no time to react, the boar made a loud groan before going silent soon after. As it let out it's last breath, Shin used his [Celestial Storage] to store the big boar in.
Without the need to carry the boar, he walked back to the camp area.

On the way back, the goddess congratulated him...
{Well done. You grasp on how to use your abilities fast. Not only that, you perfectly executed it on your first try. I may be starting to like you...fufu.} <Shana>
"Its not that hard when you already know what the ability does and how it should be used. Anyways, this is just warm up. A real test should be against a proper fighter." <Shin>
{Hooh...im looking forward to that.} <Shana>
"At least for now i know that my abilities is functioning properly." <Shin>
When he got back to the camp area, he saw that the elf was still changing into her clothes behind the leaf tent.
"What? You still havent finish changing? Although i have already caught our dinner." <Shin>
"Eh?! Shin-sama? It has only been a minute since you left. How were you able to find and kill it that fast? Saying that, i dont see our dinner anywhere." <Iris>
"I have it. Just quickly change and come here." <Shin>
Seeing Shin returned fast, Iris changed into her clothes quickly and went up towards Shin.
Disbelief filled Iris as Shin claimed he had found and caught dinner in a span of a minute. But for now, she can only wait for proof.
