Not finding the right words

Colby walked down the steps in his usual pajamas when he got scared by Beatrice in the kitchen.

"Good morning to you too." She laughed.

"You are here again, do you ever go home?" He questioned quickly trying to fix his bed hair.

"Nope." She laughed

"Well good you can help me plan this party thing we are supposed to have." Colby said.

"Love being dragged into things." She said.

"Ok well I have to run out and get the cake. If you want to go get balloons, decorations, you know things that are fun, Wait you know what I'll vlog this, it will be your first time on my channel." Colby said grabbing his camera.

"Hey what's up you guys so I'm going to cut right to the chase, today is Sam's birthday and we are having a little party for him. So I thought well I need to get a video up and people might think this is interesting so here you go. Also I'm with the one and only Beatrice or Bea." Colby said moving so she was in frame

"I'm pretty sure people are sick of me." She laughed.

"Nah actually I was reading some of the comments on the sam and Colby video and some people are actually shipping us." He said with a giddy smile moving the camera very close to his face.

"Great time to come out with the merch go gets some #......" She said pausing to think of a ship name. "Some #ceatrice merch." She laughed.

"Jesus I think that's the worst ship name I've ever heard of but you know let's get this started. So I'm running out to get cake and you are getting decorations and crap like that. So I'll update you guys later on the progress we are making." Colby smiled and turned off the camera.

"I actually have to run out and get Sam's birthday present so I'll just stop and pick stuff up then." Beatrice said grabbing her keys.

* a few hours later*

"Ok so I just got home, apparently Bea is still out because she is not here....." Colby said looking around.

"Hey man." Sam sighed walking down the steps. Colby quickly turned off his camera at Sam's mood.

"Hey man.......you good?" He asked.

"Believe or not I was actually having a good day for awhile." Sam sighed sitting down.

"What happened? It's your birthday you can't be a party pooper." Colby said nudging his shoulder with a bottle of water.

"Well I looked at today's date." Sam said.

"Yeah, November 27th, your birthday." Colby said confused.

"Yes, but, me and Kat broke up September 27th, so today marks two months from when we ended things." Sam sighed.

"Well hey, she said you guys needed a break, not breakup, who knows maybe she will be back, maybe she won't, let's focus on you today ok?" Colby smiled. Then the door opened. Colby grabbed his camera and started recording.

"Who goes there?" He shouted as he crept around the corner.

"Me and a ton of crap!" Beatrice yelled.

"Oh my god who's this with you?" Colby asked running out camera still in hand. 

"Sam's birthday present." Beatrice joked.

"Wow a real life Teddy Roosevelt you shouldn't have you are just spoiling him now. Hi Amara good to see you again." He said giving her a side hug.

"I was going to kick your ass if you didn't remember me." She laughed.

"How could I forget the girl who made Corey almost break his hand?" Colby laughed. "By the way guys this is Amara, we met her on a sam and Colby video I don't know if we put that part in cause we were idiots thinking an active museum was abandoned. But she was really cool and let us look around." Colby said.
