14-Oh god, what did you do?

"Thanks Co" I say quietly as we walk back over to my house.

"Stop thanking me" He nudges me with a small smile "Theres nothing for you to thank me for"

"Just let me actually be nice and thank you" I grumble as we continue to walk

"What if I don't" he argues

"I'll kick you"

"Okay fine" he chuckles " I thought you were going to punch me or something. I would much rather that"

"What you don't think my punch is as strong as my kick?" I say with a small smile

"Dude you were a catcher for ten years, your legs are strong as hell, I'd much rather be punched by you thank kicked" he laughs

I just shrug and nod. My legs were strong as hell, almost pure muscle. Last year was the first year I didn't play baseball. I decided to focus on school and academics, but before then every year all year I had been at catcher trainings and speed and agility clubs. I still wasn't a super fast runner, but with the squats, wall sits and constant up and downs of being a catcher,my legs were easily the strongest part of my body.

As we both approach my front door I see the light in the kitchen on, signaling Arrex, and hopefully Em, were inside.

"I think they're there" Caleb says, voicing my thoughts

"I do too"I huff, not really wanting to go in there at all, knowing I'd start crying all over again.

Before I can even move I'm pulled into Caleb's arms. He holds me for a few seconds before speaking again.

"You looked like you were about to cry" he mumbles. I almost laugh at this, I knew he didn't deal well with crying people, but he tried and I'm thankful for that.

I just nod slightly and rest my head against his chest. I was comfortable here.

"Are you okay?" He says into my hair

"I'm fine" I lie

"I doubt that" he says almost immediately

"I'm okay"

He just scoffs before gently placing a kiss on my forehead and letting go of me.

"I'll be back in a bit, just let me get out of this tie" He looks down at me with a small grin and his arms still loosely wrapped around my waist

"Okay," I nod as I hear someone approaching the door from inside

He smiles slightly before walking away and I step back to my front door just as it opens

"Belle?" Arrex asks once he sees me

"yeah?" I whip around to see his tear stained face

"I thought if was you, uh- where-wheres Caleb ?" He asks with a hoarse voice

"He just went home, he'll be back in a bit. we left the restraunt almost right after you guys" I step inside and start taking my shoes off

"Wheres Em?"

"In the kitchen, c'mon" he says beckoning me to follow him

"Hey Belle" Em says trying to smile but failing miserably

"Hey" I smile sadly at her, silently asking to sit next to her "listen I am so sorry about her I had no idea she would bring it up I-"

"No I'm sorry, I should've known and I still made a scene" sincereity and sadness borh dripping from her voice

"You didn't cause a scene,trust me" I tell her

"Belle what did you do?" Arrex questions as he enters with blankets from his and my room
