The house was completed a whole two months before the baby was due, Izuku loved his room, and the fish tank wall was a more calming then anyone first though, not only was the faint blue glow calming, the sound of it was too, and his family would often see him curled up asleep next to in on his Snorlax teddy. Shiyu also loved his room and spent a lot of his free time working on new designs or ways to improve The Emotion Filter. He was currently working on several pro-to-types that would be more suitable to young children, like an emotion filter that can go around a cot, or pushchair. Maijima was impressed with the amount of extra work Shiyu was putting in, and he had already sent a recommendation spot for Shiyu into the Principle. That was until Shiyu told him he actually wanted to take the test as it proved he actually earned his place there. Izu was already a whole different matter and had several reccommendations already, from various teachers. Which wasn't really surprising considering they all knew how well Izu could fight and the fact he would be a very good hero. Though, when Izu learnt that All Might had sent in a recommendation for him, it did surprise him. Why did the number one hero recommend him? Luckily, he got a chance to ask him when the heroes had come over to help turn one of the boy's old rooms into a nursery.

"All Might?" Izu asked when he finally caught the hero alone.

"Izu, my boy." He beamed. "what seems to be the problem?"

"I was just wondering why you recommended me to Yuuei. Surely there are other teens who would be more deserving of your recommendation." Izu said

"Maybe there are, but I have yet to meet them. Besides, I believe you are more worth than anyone with a flashy quirk." All Might replied, neither of them noticed Hizashi standing outside the door. "sure, a flashy quirk helps a lot of people become heroes..."

"Like Endeavor." Izu muttered sourly.

"Unfortunately, yes. But now and again, you'll find a rare kind of person. One who just wants to be hero to help, to solely help people." All Might smiled "You are one of those people, Izu. I have seen and heard it over and over. The time those men took you, you helped them see the world in a new light, you helped them. Your own brother, and from what I heard recently, you are also helping Young Todoroki Shoto. You have the potential to become a great hero, and I know you will. You can ask everyone, I am sure they will agree." Izu was quiet for a moment, before smiled.

"Thank you! I won't let you down." Izu told him.

Time seemed to pass slowly after it was discovered that Kyoumi was, in fact, carrying twins. Now, no one would hardly wait for the arrival of the new arrivals.

The day Kyoumi went into labour, Azami and Hiro were around, and they were left in charge of the three kids as Kyoumi and Hizashi left for the hospital. Shiyu and Asako began getting into a heated argument about whether the twins were going to be girls or boys. Izu was up in his room, Emotion filter blocking all emotions as he worked on his own private project. With All Might seemingly getting weaker, he decided to do some digging about the fight All Might had gotten into. There was practically nothing on it, and it infuriated him. He wanted to help, but he couldn't when there was nothing he knew. He leaned back on his chair, he heard a knock at his door.

"Yeah?" He called, Azami entered, carrying a tray with tea on it.

"You okay?" She asked

"Yep, just... trying to do some research, but turns out there is nothing on what I need." Izu replied, His nan sat on a spare chair, putting the tea down. The grandmother and grandson sat in silence for a moment, as they sipped tea.

"Your brother and sister are debating over the gender of the twins. What do you think?" Azami asked

"Both." Izu replied simply, Azami looked at him. "That way I am neither right or wrong." Azami chuckled.
