DIGGY’S P.O.V.

*15 minutes later*

Diggy- *knocks on the door* Babe? Babe, you not coming out? Dinner’s been ready for ages..

Y/N- *opens door* I’m here.

Diggy- What’s wrong?

Y/N- Does anything have to be wrong?

Diggy- Just asking.. why were you taking so long?

Y/N- *shrugs*

She was quiet, which was weird but then given that her ex and ex-bestfriend were getting married and having a baby.. I’d be quiet too. I gave her her dinner and we sat on the couch watching tv as we ate. The Boondocks to be precise. She loved this show. She was laughing at almost every scene. Riley was her favourite character, that I knew.

Y/N- *laughs* 

Diggy- *puts his plate on the coffee table* *puts his arm around you*

Y/N- *snuggles up to him*

Diggy- Babe…

Y/N- Hm?

Diggy- You okay?

Y/N- I’m good now. Everything before was just.. bullshit

Diggy- Yeah… *holds your hand* *kisses your neck*

Y/N- *giggles*

Diggy- *lays you on the couch*

Y/N- *laughs* What you playin at?

Diggy- *kisses you* I don’t know.. maybe I ain’t playin. Maybe I’m serious bout you

Y/N- Oh really?

Diggy- Mm-hm… *stops kissing you* Where do you think this is going?

Y/N- Huh? What do you mean?

Diggy- I mean, us…

Y/N- *shrugs* I’m.. not thinking about the future of our relationship right now..

Diggy- Why not?

Y/N- You think we’ll get very far?

Diggy- You don’t?

Y/N- I didn’t say that.

Diggy- *gets off you* You’re implying that.

Y/N- But did I say it? No. Exactly. You’re assuming.

Diggy- So what?

Y/N- I’m just saying, I’m thinking about right now and right now only. Not tomorrow, not yesterday. Right now.

Diggy- You must think ahead of something in your life..

Y/N- Well, yeah. Something like my career…

Diggy- *pauses* Oh..

Y/N- *confused* Oh what?

Diggy- So your career is long term and this relationship isn’t?

Y/N- *sighs* Are you putting words in my mouth?

Diggy- Do you wanna be with me?!

Y/N- *looks at him crazy* Yes, of course I do, Daniel!

Diggy- What about tomorrow, next week or next month! Will you still want me!?

Y/N- I hope so..

Diggy- Cause I am so fucking in love with you and.. and I’m scared you’re gonna wake up one day and say you don’t want me anymore
