Ryan (6 months later.)

The last couple of months have been extremely busy, I reopened Sorella and Santana has been helping with that. Dave is now comepletly healed and he doesn't know when to sit his tall ass down sometimes. He says he's just catching up on all the walking he's missed out on. Kairi is now a year and 5 months, and that little girl is a hot mess. Her birthday party we ended up going all out and flew our family out and we threw this big ass party. Brooke,Chris, their son CJ, Aug, and a few more of Dave's friends came to help celebrate. My family and his family was on their best behavior cause I made it very clear that I didn't want no type of drama at my child's party. Then they thought it was a good idea to introduce me to Dave's older brother, I don't have a problem with him I just feel like I should've been met him. Hell I didn't even know Dave has a brother cause he never talks about him. His name is Trey and he's 34 if I'm not mistaken, he brought his wife Ariana. They were nice and Kairi took a liking to them so that was cool. We had set an official date for the wedding and we were now getting everything set up. I wasn't gonna go dress shopping right now cause it was a year and a half away from now, but I was looking at venues and color ideas even though I was sure we were gonna do the traditional white but Dave wants blue incorporated into it. When he first said that it kinda tickled me cause if you knew him, he was a retired crip as he says. I wasn't really into the whole gang color thing but it wasn't just my wedding so we would have to compromise on that.
I laid on the couch watching TV while Dave was at the gym. Kairi was walking around the living room calling out for him.
"Dada! Dada! Dada!" she hollered with this goofy grin on her face. She thought she was doing something by hollering but I was quite amused. When she saw that I wasn't getting upset she came over and hit me on my leg. "Kairi, I'm about to pop your ass, keep on." I warned her. Her smile fell from her face and she came over and climbed on me, she sat in my lap and laid her head on my chest. I wrapped my arms around her as she reached up and played with my necklace. She usually does this when she feels bad about doing something. My phone went off letting me know that I had received a text message.

Me: No, whatever you wanna eat is fine. -6:43pm

MyLuv💙: ima just stop and get a pizza or somethin. -6:44pm

Me: alright be safe, love you😘 -6:44pm

I put my phone and looked down and saw that Kai was fighting her sleep, she always did that when her dad wasn't here as if she's gonna miss something. I got up and sat her on the couch and she had this look on her face and I laughed snapping a picture of her. I posted it on instagram since it had been awhile.

I really started gaining attention on the internet when I was pregnant. Like there was people using my pictures for fake pages. Then when people in the Bronx and Harlem caught wind that I was pregnant by the infamous East, hella people followed me to be nosey. Hell even the girl who tried to pin a baby on Dave tried to follow me but I politely declined the request and blocked her. Cause what would you wanna follow me for? Dave told me that she knew about me, and I have no respect for a woman who messed with a man who she knew had a girl. But I didn't fully blame her, Dave was more so in the wrong cause me and him made the commitment. I'm just glad we're past all of that cause that was really a stressful time for me, I buried myself in my work and raising Kairi. I was snapped out of my thoughts by Kairi tugging on the hems of my robe. I picked her up and headed to the kitchen to give her some juice, she was completely off the bottle and pacifier. I had read that babies who used the pacifier and bottles after they have a full set of teeth can mess up their teeth so I instantly started weaning her off of them. When I handed her the cup she tried her best to say thank you. I kissed her cheek and told her to go sit on the couch while we waited for her dad.
Shortly after I started cleaning the kitchen Dave walked in with a pizza in his hand and a bouquet of roses. I looked up as he made his way to me, he started kissing on my neck. "Babeee." I squealed turning to face him. He stood over me and bit down on his lip. I felt myself growing hot, it had been about a week or so since we've had sex and he's been taking every little bit of free time we had to do that. But we didn't have any free time cause Kairi was here and I had been trying not to do that while she was here cause her little ass is nosey. Dave wrapped his arms around my waist and laid his head on my shoulder. I could hear Kairi's little footsteps come closer to us. "My Dada!" she hollered pulling at his pants, he chuckled and picked her up.
I was tickled cause she was really possessive over her dad. He kissed me on the forehead and told me that we could spend time together once she went down for a nap.
He sat her in the high chair and strapped her in, I made her plate and sat it in front of her. I've been cutting up most of her food since she still is quite small, I didn't wanna take any chances. Babe sat at the end of the table next to her as I made his plate. I brought it to him and he said thank you, I simply nodded and made my plate and got us all something to drink. We ate in a comfortable silence until Kairi decided that she wanted to try to sing while she ate. We laughed at her antics and that made her get louder. "Okay okay." I said trying to catch my breath. "I think we got a musician on our hands." Dave said with this big goofy grin. I just shook my head cause what was I gonna do with these two?
