Getting off the jet my father had a car waiting for us I smiled seeing my old driver Vex he drove me and Ari everywhere when we were younger and when we were in the family business. "Vexyy" Ari screamed seeing him he smiled walking over towards her he looked at me before mugging me. I smiled walking towards him hugging him as well the boys watched us confused I laughed cause Dave was mugging the whole situation. I walked over toward him pecking his lips "It's our old driver babe" his face soften kissing my forehead.
While driving towards the hospital we made small talk as in we I mean me and Ari. We were talking Vex ear off on how we were. He wanted us out the game when we first started training he's the reason why I got out of it.
Flashback
"Come on Aries you can do this!" my dad yelled. I was trying to aim a perfect shot with a .45 S&W I been doing this for a week straight.
"Okay I got this" I breathe in closing my eyes shooting the gun hearing my father clap. I opened my eyes looking at the target.
"Good job baby girl" My dad said leaving out the room. Seeing Ari and Vex walk back in he was training her today. Ari walked over to me smiling showing her target sheet I sighed sitting down thinking I'll never get it.
"Y'all are so young for this" Vex said shaking his head. I nodded to but only being 16 it was something I wanted to do but either way. I didn't have a choice.
"I don't have a choice" I said this was stressful training to shoot training on how not die, training to watch my back, training for any wrong body movement stressful...
"Promise me when y'all do have a choice, you and Ari get out this shit live y'all life do what makes y'all happy". We both nodded our heads agreeing.
Flashback over.
Thinking of that day so much stuff started happening. Ari was good at makeup and I was good at doing hair and makeup so that made me open my shop. Ari got into something different well Real Estate might I add. "We here" I head Vex say knocking me out my thoughts. Dave opened the door reaching for my hand, to say the least, I was nervous I don't know what's going on with my brother but I'm bout to find out. Walking into the hospital Vex pressed the elevator key going up we made it to the 4th floor seeing my dad with a coffee in his hand made me laugh he never drinks coffee only if he's trying to stay up. "Baby girls" he smiled me and Ari ran up to him hugging him. He kissed both of our foreheads even though I'm grown I'm still my father's baby girl Ari was too.
"How are y'all? " he asked sitting down. We talked his ear off from there we laughed and shared so much I forgot why we were here. "Wassup pops" Clarence said coming out of nowhere they gave each other a dap and a bro hug making me smile. My dad looked at Dave for a minute mugging him which caused Dave to mug back I was about to get up until they both laughed "Mrs. R" Dave said. I looked between them because how they knew each other this was more than a met when I was in a coma level.
"So how's Andres?" I asked turning towards my father. I'll ask questions about how they know each other later I had to see about my brother now.
"Come sit down baby girl" he grabbed my hand pulling me towards a seat he sat there for a minute before giving me a weak smile.
"U-um your brother was shot in the neck and u-uh h-he's in a coma" he said putting his head in his hands. I sat there as tears rolled down my face.
