Rein’s P.O.V.
Tatlong araw na akong nandito sa bahay nila Mom. Papa had to leave for a business proposal in Dubai. Si Blake naman, di ko pa nakikita or nakakausap after the call he made the night I left.
Bigla ko nalang nakita sa news na he’s flying to Italy for an important race for his career. Adrianna was with him pa. Hindi ko nga alam kung totoo ba talaga yung mga sinabi niya or he just really wanted me to stay lalo na ngayon na nakuha niya na talaga yung gusto niya saakin.
Anyway, I’ve been enjoying my stay here because I missed living with my siblings under one roof. And si Daddy Matt is always telling me how much I’ve changed. Si Mama naman, tahimik lang. I think masyado siyang nagwo-worry saakin. I haven’t had the chance to talk to her pa naman kasi she’s really busy with something.
“Ally! You haven’t touched your wine. Something wrong?” My brother Safe asked. I smiled and sipped a little of the wine.
“Yes, something’s wrong. She’s comparing every boy she meets to Kuya Mike.” Until now yan parin ang sinasabi niya saakin. I don’t even know if my rebel brother really cares for me or talaga gusto niya akong nakikitang nasasaktan.
“Stop it, Kuya Seth! At least stick to one si Ate, not like you! You’ve been around with every bitch in town.” Now it’s my turn for Bliss to make Seth irritated.
“I wasn’t the one who ran away because tinago ko yung relationship ko.” Bliss was about to throw the glass at Seth nung biglang hinawakan ni Safe yung kamay niya.
“You two are not going to have this fight again. At least be nice, ngayon lang ulit umuwi si Ate Ally dito oh. Grabe kayong dalawa.”
“Eh kasi siya eh!!”
Natawa nalang ako. I miss seeing them like this. Normal na kasi ‘to kay Bliss and kay Seth. I wish I never moved out of this house. Anyway, kaming tatlo lang naiwan dito sa bahay kasi may aasikasuhin daw si Mama and si Dad somewhere in Ilocos.
Sabi nila its nice to get drunk habang wala sila Mama and wag na daw ako magisip ng magisip kasi wala namang mangyayaring masama. Bad influence mga kapatid ko. Tsk.
“So, you get to chose. Vodka or whiskey??” Tanong ni Seth saakin.
Bigla nalang nagring yung cellphone ko na nasa table na nasa tapat naming lahat. They all looked at me nabang ako naman iniisip ko kung sasagutin ko.
Bigla nalang hinablot ni Bliss yung phone ko, hit answer tapos nilagay sa tenga ko which lead me no choice but to talk. “Hi.” I simply greeted.
[Hi. I miss you.] Ohmygosh, I miss hearing his voice. Its been three days na hindi ko naririnig yung voice niya eh. [Sorry if I left without you knowing.]
