Catboy Confessions (Koganei x Reader)

(L/N) (F/N), the popular girl in Kaijou whose fond of cats and heck, she does have 20 cats in her mansion. Kise Ryouta your cousin on the other hand invited you to their practice match to cheer him up.

You were walking through the hallway going to gym as you saw a familiar boy with light blue hair with his team. You ran towards them and tackled your friend, Kuroko Tetsuya.

"I miss you Kuro-nyan~!" The guys behind him blushed as they saw a very cute girl hugging their teammate infront of them.

As the two of you chatted on your way towards the gym you noticed one of their teammate looked like a cat. You suddenly stopped making them stop too.

"What's the problem (L/N)-san?" Kuroko said as you just stared at his teammate. You pointed at the boy and excitedly glomped him making him fall to the ground under you. Looking at his face he really looked like a cat, not bothering to get up you pinched his cheeks and squealed.

"He looks like a caaaaat~ What's your name cat face?" You happily said while still pinching his cheeks.

"K-kowanei shinwi--Iteee" You realized what you were doing you released him, you got up and asked him again.

"Koganei Shinji" He said while he caress his sore cheek. You turned to your friend, eyes sparkling. Kuroko on the other hand knew what will happen next.

"Can i keep him Kuro-nyan?" You did your best to look like a puppy begging his master just to make him agree.

"He's not a cat (L/N)-san" Kuroko said and the team started walking again while you're pouting and whining.

-Timeskip-

Months has passed since you met the cat face, you even changed school just to be with him everyday.

You had fun when you two had a free time and just now you realized your feelings towards him. Love, is what your friend said. You noticed that you wanted to see him everyday,every hour and every second of your life. But the big question.. Is he feeling the same thing too?

You were walking through the hallways of Seirin when you bumped into Koganei. He greeted you but you just smiled and walked away, for him it's weird to see you in that state. A frown visible on Koganei's face when he watched you walked away from him.

-Timeskip-

It's been three days when you started avoiding Koga, as you began to miss him. When suddenly, Hyuuga and Riko barged into your classroom and started to bother you.

"(F/N)-chan! What did you do?!" Riko shook your shoulders as you look up at her confused on what has happening.

"Koganei seems to be so down this past three days and it makes the team worried. Did you two had quarreled or something?" Hyuuga said making you a bit worri-- okay not a bit.. You're worried. You stood up and asked them where's the catboy. As soon as they said the location you broke into run.

You ended up wandering around the garden as you saw a familiar person staring at a distance, deep in thought he don't even noticed you sit beside him if you didn't cleared you throat.

"If i'm a killer i would've killed you by now" You said making him jump up. You waved your hands at him as he sits beside you again.

"You seem so down. Is there anything bothering you Koga?" You asked him but he just sighed.

"You can tell me you know" You said making him look at you.

"I can tell you, but i think you'll get mad at me" He sighed looking away. Your heart beats faster when he said that, what did he mean by that?

"I promise i'll never get mad at you." You said as you sit infront of him offering him a pinky promise. He suddenly become hesitant but shrugged it off as he musters some courage.

A minute or two has passed he began to spoke.

"What... Whatifitellyouilikeyou?" He said fast. Confused face plastered on your face.

"I just understood the "what" part Koga" You said as you rolled your eyes. He became tense this time.

"I-i said what if i tell you that i like you? Would you be mad at me?" Surprised at what he said you jawdropped.

"I knew it" He dejectedly said as he stood up. You yanked his uniform making him stop. You stood up and hugged him.

"I- I thought i'm just the one who feels that way.. So i decided to avoid you, i don't want to get rejected by you." You said while you tighten your grip on his uniform.

"Don't do it again (F/N)-chan, i feel lonely that time" He gently said.

"Sorry, i won't do it again." With that he kissed you on the lips as you returned it back making it more passionate and deeper.

As the two of you broke the kiss, he places his forehead into yours.. Making him more handsome on a close view.

"I love you (F/N)-chan"

"I love you too Shinji-kun"

[Extra Scenario]

The team was on the bush chatting and silently cheering on their teammate. Little did they know you notice them ages ago. You pulled out a hand granade designed perfume and threw it to them making Kagami catch it with ease. His face paled when he sees the thing and threw at Hyuuga who's still looking at the two of you. He felt something roll on his knees he looked down. His face paled too when he saw the thing cue to the team and riko ran away in fear making them look like birds who flew away from a bomb.

You smirked as your now boyfriend sweatdropped.

"Heh, that perfume comes in handy sometimes" You cooed making the catboy sweatdrop more.

A/N: Finally! A Koganei Shinji oneshot. I don't see much of Koga's oneshot/stories so i decided to create one.
