Valkyrie: Tanith did you finish reading Skulduggery Pleasant? The book by Gordon
Tanith: Yeah I leant it to Skulduggery
Skulduggery: I've finished it too
Valkyrie: What did you guys think of it?
Skulduggery: It allowed me to look at my awesome self from a 3rd person point of view
Valkyrie: Anything else?
Tanith: I... I realised how much I missed out on when the remnant was in me
Valkyrie: Well it made me hate Darquesse even more than usual. That biatch
Skulduggery: Well can I just say, I was amazing when I killed Serpine, took down Vengenous and when I heroically launched myself into the portal for the Faceless ones
Valkyrie: Well you were a little insane at the start of Dark Days
Skulduggery: Well I got my head back in the game didn't I?
Valkyrie: I'm going to ignore your terrible attempt at humour
Skulduggery: Admit it. You loved the joke.
Tanith: Anyway I missed so much when a stupid remnant took over me. And the series missed alot of stuff about me and Ghastly. I suppose Gordon could've known that I was going on secret dates with Ghastly
Valkyrie: I can't believe that Gordon was writing all about us.
Skulduggery: It doesn't add up. How did he know all our adventures?
Valkyrie: I talked to Echo-Stone Gordon a lot.
Skulduggery: But how did he manage to write about us? He's transparent
Valkyrie: He probably had a voice-recogniser thing that wrote his words out
Skulduggery: That's plausible but unlikely
Valkyrie: Well.... what are you suggesting?
Skulduggery: Gordon didn't write those books. Someone else did.
Valkyrie: Who?
Skulduggery: Someone who talked to Echo-Stone Gordon a lot. Someone who was told a lot about us
Tanith: But who is it?
Skulduggery: I don't know. We need to do what we've always done. We need to follow the clues. But for now, we will call them the Golden God
