First impressions -
Title -
I don't think the title suits your plot. I doubt it'll push a random reader to pick it, so I suggest you change it. If you don't want to, it's still your choice. This is what I came up with :
'The hero among us'
Or
'A letter to my hero'Cover -
I'll say it goes well with your whole plot, with the letters and the flower. I love the way you highlighted the title making it very eye catching.
Blurb -
This is where the problem lies. Honestly when I read the blurb it brought down my expectation for the book. It didn't make me intrigued to want to read it. It was so plain and boring *no offense*
I suggest you should add a part from Raksha's letter.
Is that where you went? Neverland?...
That whole paragraph, before you tell us about the death of the 19 year old.Grammar -
Perfect✨
Your words flows so well, and great use of vocabulary.
I couldn't find a single mistake, is that even possible? Maybe I need to read it again.
I'll be right back.Final impression -
I didn't know where the first chapter started from, so I just read the whole thing and boy/girl was I amazed.
It was so beautiful 🥺❤️❤️
I felt bad for judging it as plain and boring in the first place.*I just snitched myself 😂😂*
Any way back to my point.
I've read many books but I don't think any of those books were able to arouse the kind of emotions I felt while reading your book.
It was so sad, and your writing technique made me feel every part. The part written by her best friend -
"YOU UNGRATEFUL HOE!"
Come on😂😂😂
Then Raksha's part -
It was so funny and heart breaking at the same time. How can I be crying and laughing? 😂😂😭😭
She was so naive.
Are you flying with Peter Pan?🥺🥺😂😭😭You're a really good writer, and I really enjoyed reading your book. If you take my advice into consideration I assure you it'll be more amazing.
Before I forget, I give you an 8/10
I hope you found my review helpful❤️❤️
