"Oh I don't know about this Al," Victoria, otherwise known as Tori to her family and friends told her best friend Alice Weatherby, who has been friends with Tori since Wycombe Abbey School.

"Tori, if you don't meet people, you won't date people, and if you don't date people, you won't marry," Alice sighed. "Do you want to be an old granny when you marry?"

"Of course not," Tori grumbled.

"Then come tonight. James told me that his friend is young and handsome." James is Alice's boyfriend. They've been together for two years now and it only seemed as though they got together yesterday.

"I swear, the two of you should start a match-making agency," Tori laughed.

"We will once we have a success story," Alice giggled. "I can't wait to see you tonight, Tor. It's been too long."

"I'm sorry Al," Tori grumbled. "I've had a busy schedule this past month. Thank goodness for summer break."

"How long are you in London for?" Alice asked.

"Until the end of the month," Tori told Alice. "I'm expected to be at Balmoral first of August."

"Well then, we just have to make do with whatever time we have left," Alice said. "Dinner is at 8 under James Lloyd. Don't be late!"

With that, Alice hang up on Tori leaving Tori alone with her thoughts.

It wasn't as if she didn't want to go for dinner, it's just that it's the second time Alice tried setting her up with a guy. The first time didn't go to horribly, it was just that Tori did not feel anything with the guy. Tori just felt bad, he was nice, but not really Tori's type.

Tori sighed before getting up from her bed and padded over to her closet so she could choose an outfit for tonight.

Tori chose a black dress with matching heels before calling it a day. She went inside her en suite bathroom and opened the tap to the right temperature before jumping in the shower.

She stayed under the rushing water for about five minutes, relaxing her muscles with the steam before washing herself.

After about half an hour, Tori stepped out of the shower and got herself ready. She curled her hair and did her make up naturally before stepping into the dress she picked on for tonight.

She glanced at the clock hanging on the wall before cursing herself. She has about five minutes to get to the restaurant they were having the dinner at. Problem is, the restaurant is about fifteen minutes away.

Cursing to herself, Tori spritzed some perfume on her neck and gathered her clutch (thanking god that she packed her essentials in her bag before she showered) and left her apartment.

"I'm sorry I'm late," Tori excused herself pulling up the empty seat next to Alice. They were already seated on a table for four, Alice sitting in front of her boyfriend James and seating next to James was a mystery man. Tori didn't really paid any attention to him as she was busy getting comfortable on her chair.

"It's fine," Alice said. "We just got here as well."

Once Tori put her bag down, she glanced up only to look into blue eyes.

"Hi, I'm Henry."
