Henry couldn't believe this was happening. There he stood, in the middle of one of the rooms in Buckingham Palace, waiting for their cue to go inside the carriage for Trooping the Colour. Never in a million years, did Henry thought he would take part in an event as pomp at this one.

All his life, he's always watch Trooping the Colour on tv, with just a year before meeting Tori, he would watch in awe by the side of the mall. Though, when he started dating Tori, he would watch Trooping the Colour on tv and always sought her out, always keeping a look out to see her and then text her later on about how beautiful she looked. Now here he is, six years later, about to take part in one of the most historic events ever.

Henry looked down at Tori standing beside him as she animately talk to her cousins, Beatrice and Eugenie about their outfits.

Tori today was wearing one of her favourite outfits thus far for Trooping and that was a high-neck blue short sleeved dress with flowery patterns paired with a slanted white fascinator, pearl drop earrings, a white clutch and silver heels.

One by one, members of the royal family climbed onto the topless carriage that was waiting and knew exactly where which carriage they would be on. Camilla, Kate and Harry went to the first one, Tori, Henry and Edward, The Duke of Kent went to the second one, Andrew, Beatrice and Eugenie went to the third which leaves Edward, Sophie, Louise and James to climb on the last carriage.

Henry climbed in first before helping Tori up the carriage carefully. Last to enter the carriage was Edward before the footmen closed the door and made sure that it was locked and secured.

They waited a few minutes for everyone to get settled before one by one the carriage started moving, making their journey to the Horse Guards Parade.

As they pass the bridge that separated them from the courtyard to the main entrance, the Household Cavalry started playing the first few notes of God Save The Queen. Once they were past the gates and into the sea of cheering fans, both Henry and Tori smiled at the crowds and waved.

"Quite similar to that of your wedding isn't it?" Edward asked Henry and Tori as they rocked along the carriage.

"Kind of brings back amazing memories," Tori told her uncle, her father's cousin. "It amazes me that it's only been less than two months since we got married. It feels like we've been married for ages."

"Oi!" Henry poked Tori's side making her let out a giggle.

"I'm joking," Tori laughed. "Not really."

"I'll let it slide since we're in public and probably have a lot of tv on us," Henry grinned at Tori before turning back to look at Edward. "It's crazy to think that I used to watch all this on the telly, and now I'm in the procession."

"Tell me," Edward started off. "Do I look big on the telly? They say that the cameras add five kilos."

"I'm sorry Edward, when I watch Trooping, I always had my eyes set on Tori," Henry said making Tori blush as a twinge of pink rose up her neck and onto her ears.

Edward laughed in reply before waving at the crowds. Henry did the same thing and the entire time, his hand was holding on to Tori's on the empty space between them.

When they reached Horse Guards Parade, Henry helped Tori step down from the carriage before they were escorted to the Major General's office so that they could watch the inspection from above.

After they watched the whole thing from the balcony, it was time for them to travel back to Buckingham so that they were able to receive Elizabeth.

They waved to the crowds, a lot of them screaming for Superman, making Tori laugh and Henry blush.

They smiled the whole way back, sometimes waving to the crowds every once in a while, mostly just reading through the signs that were held up in hopes for the royals to see.

There was one in particular that made Tori laugh and that was a sign saying 'MARRY ME HENRY', it was a sign either meant for her husband or for her brother, either way, she found it incredibly funny.

When they arrived back at Buckingham, they went to the balcony so that they could receive Elizabeth back before retreating to have a small cup of tea before the flyover. After the flyover would be the luncheon, that was something Tori and Henry are much looking forward to.

As they all trickle into the balcony to receive the Queen, Henry kept his hand on Tori's lower back as they took their place next to Kate and Camilla.

When the Queen rolled into Buckingham grounds, everybody dropped into a curtsy and bow, Henry for a second brought his hands to his side as he bowed his head before putting it back on Tori's back after she rises up from her curtsy.

Smiling and a little bit laughing, they all went back inside to greet the Queen.

Not long after that, they were once again on the balcony, about to watch the flypast happen. Henry stood slightly behind the Queen with Tori standing beside Will. They watched the flypast go, Tori often leaned to Henry to tell him the kinds of airplanes and what they're doing.

There was a few times where Henry said something funny that made both Tori and the Queen laugh as well as Philip, before Henry smiled bashfully and continued to look at the flypast happening.

All is well in the world of the Windsors, Henry was sure he would get to experience more of these in the future.
