Things got tense after she replied to him and she doesn't know what to do, there's no feelings or the words she feels right now especially for him but scared in case it might happen again or that he's the devil and afraid he won't change or more.
The demon on the other hand, the king of hell was so interested and intrigued by her and started to develop sympathy and some kind of romantic feelings for her and he kind of feel the same way too.
She also told him about her father and the guys in her past have done pretty unforgivable things and how it scarred her for life and he didn't like what he heard and he wants to punish them badly.
Tierra started to feel a bit lost with herself after talking about a hard subject to the devil and repeating herself to her friend.
But it was understandable and something happened to the devil that changed him for some reason.
But does he know why? It doesn't he? All he needs to do is to try to spend time with her and find out if tierra is changing him for better and doing "gods work" and "made to change him and be with him" sort of thing.
