-malayjahthewriterLeo heavily knocked on Carmin's front door anxious to see her. He had been blowing up her phone all day, yet he hadn't gotten any actual word from her. His foot tapped impatiently against the ground, as he waited for someone to answer.
Nic answered the door, just before he could decide to head for Carmin's window.
"L-Leo?"
The dope tried to step foot into the house, but Nic blocked his way.
"I need to see Piccolina." He tried to enter once more only for Nic to block him off again.
"She is...at her grandma's house." It both felt and sounded like a lie coming from Nic's mouth.
"Nic let me in." Leo let out a frustrated sigh. "I know she's sick."
"She told me not to."
"I don't care what she told you."
"She'll scream my head off if I let you in." Nic tried to stop him.
"Nic." His voice was a bit more demandent this time. He was going to see her whether she wanted him to or not. "I need to see her, Don't make me go through the window."
"Five minutes." Nic caved, stepping to the side, knowing he was going to get an earful from Carmin
Leo wasted no time bypassing him and charging up the stairs. He reached her room as quick as he could, and peaked through the door.
"Piccolina." Her little body was limp, and though she was asleep, she looked quite distressed. His heart crippled as he walked over to her. He placed his hand over forehead. Unease washed over him, as his hand came into contact with the extreme warmth of her body.
"You should have never been out in that rain." Leo sneered, shrugging off his jacket, and flinging it onto the vanity chair. He seated himself beside her on the bed, and fixed the blankets around her, making sure she was comfortable.
Carmin groaned in her sleep."Leave me alone Nic."
"You can't recognize your boyfriend's touch?" Leo snickered, making her stiffen.
"What are you doing here?" She said, fluttering her eyes open to properly see him. The dope had his hand pressed against her head, and was looking over her with concerned eyes.
"Why didn't you tell me you were sick?" He frowned as he watched her wince from the small movement.
"I told Nic not to let you in, Did you come through the window again? You're so creepy."
"Piccolina, why did you lie to me?"
"Because I knew you'd try to come up here." She sighed. "You need to leave before you catch it."
"I'm not leaving."
"Bu-"
"I've been worried about you all day, and you think I'm leaving?"
"I'm sick, I could pass you my fever."
"I don't mind." He spat.
"Leo I'm serious you have to go."
"This isn't your house, it's Nic's house and he invited me in. So I can stay here all I want." He said, rubbing small circles over her back.
"Well don't touch me, I'm all germy."
