Chapter 1

["I'll be there. I'll just unpack a few things, don't worry." ]

She reassured Tate over the phone. They talk about few things before they finally ended the call. She sighs before she looks around her apartment full of boxes and furniture covered with a thin white cloth. Finally, a place where she could live alone, gusto niyang kasama ang mga magulang niya pero iba pa din kung may sariling bahay ka.

This is good graduation gift from her parents, matagal na niyang gustong bumukod pero naintindihan niya kung bakit hindi siya agad pinayagan ng magulang niya. At least ngayon nakuha na niya ang gusto niya pati ang tiwala ng mga ito.

The apartment is pretty spacious and she have to spent generous amount of time to fix everything, pero okay lang naman sakaniya. Gusto niya maranasan ang ganon klaseng bagay. At hindi niya din gusto ang kung sino lang pumasok sa bahay niya. She simply don't like it, she rather do it herself. She felt anxious when there's somebody she don't know in the same room as her.

With a wide smile on her lips, agad naman siya nagsimulang inayos ang gamit niya. She was too immersed in her 'moving in' phase that she didn't notice that the time pass. By the time na natapos siya doon niya napansin na malapit nang magala-sais. Kakatapos lang niya ayusin ang mga grocery niya sa fridge at kabinet niya.

She mentally slaps her forehead. Fudge! she'll be late. Ayaw niyang ma-sermonan, lalo na medyo masakit ang likod at leeg niya. She stretches for a bit before cleaning all the boxes, plastics and putting it in a black garbage bag. Buti na lang at natapos na niya lahat ng gusto niyang gawin sa araw na iyon. Isang bagay na gusto niya sa tinitirhan niya ay dahil sa seguridad at pag-mamalakad ng building.

LE Sky Apartment. Actually nandoon siya dahil sa parents niya. Hindi lang basta- basta maka-renta dito dahil may background check day kada tao doon. Parang screening kumbaga. LE Sky Apartment, Penthouse, at Sub-divisions and Villages. All of these industrial living sites and buildings are safe and prices are reasonable kaso pahirapan ang pagkuha ng apartment o pwesto dito.

Unlike other, na prino-promote ang mga building nila sa mga tao at kung sino ang gusto tumira ay okay lang. LE Industry clients come to them and promote themselves. Iyon ang dahilan kung bakit parang prestigious ang turan sa LE Home Industry. Pinayagan siya ng parents niya bumukod pero ito ang pumili ng titirhan niya.

Hindi naman siya nagre-reklamo. Everyone wants to live in LE Housings Industry. Isa ito sa sikat na housing Industry sa Pilipinas. Meron din anarchy system pero depende iyon kung saan ka nakatira either way. It's a luxury to live in here pero wala siyang masyadong alam tungkol sa may-ari. Her parents maybe do but she don't.

Matapos niyang itapon ang mga basura niya ay agad naman pumunta nang banyo at nagsimulang linisin at ayusin ang sarili niya sa loob ng banyo. When she's done, she immediately wears her rosegold dress as she slips her heels and immediately runs towards her door. Nang masigurado niya na lock na ang pinto ay agad naman siya naglakad papunta sa elevator. She held her purse protectively as she fix her hair.

She'll just do her little touch-up on her car. She's running late, siguradong babatukan siya ni Tate pagnagkataon. Nang makarating na siya sa ground floor ay agad naman siya pumunta sa sasakyan niya, she immediately get inside her car and drive. A few minutes of driving, nakarating na din siya sa building.

Nang makarating siya sa venue ay agad naman siya pumunta sa reception, a waiter leads her to a big function room. She thanked the waiter before handing her invitation and immediately walk towards the door and pushing the door open. A beautiful designed room greeted her eyes. Halos hindi siya mapakali sa dami ng tao doon pero hindi niya iyon pinansin. She's always attend this type of gathering, pero hindi pa din siya nasasanay.
