Principal Nezu's speech was nothing out of the ordinary. He welcomed all new students and hoped for a semester with less disaster.

What really spiced things up was Hound Dog's speech. Normally, he could control his quirk enough to speak English. Today however, he was extremely agitated and delivered a bunch of growls and barks.

"Moving speech, am I right?" You scoffed.

You were silenced instantly when Vlad King translated the speech for all the students. It was regarding last night's fight and the suitable punishments.

With that, you all trudged solemnly back to class. It was certainly quieter without Bakugo's constant raging and your bickering with him, not to mention, Midoriya's cheerfulness as well.

You sighed, sitting in your seat.

It didn't take too long for everyone to settle in, though they were still nervous after that entrance ceremony speech.

Aizawa instantly began talking about the upcoming work studies with proper field work and less patrol duty.

"Who'd you think you're going with?" Denki asked, leaning backwards to your desk.

"I'm not sure yet, I need to see where I want to improve," you mumbled in response.

"I see the two of you talking there Shirakumo, Kaminari," Aizawa glared.

"Congrats on having eyes, Sensei," you scoffed.

"That's detention this afternoon," he marked it down as Kaminari snickered, only for him to join you as well.

"Just like middle school. Now we just need a third person," you grinned, as both of you turned around to face Kirishima.

"Turn the fuck back around, I ain't joining you for shit," he declared.

With that, Aizawa began explaining how the heroes need to be accredited to be able to host work studies. Most were ready to join with their host from internships, but he advised to check just in case.

"Mic, you're up," Aizawa sighed as he left the classroom. A collection of groans was heard as everyone's favourite English teacher entered with everyone's favourite topic: grammar.

"Today we'll be doing the if-clause! Shirakumo, what do you know about it?" He asked, pointing at you.

"The if-clause is a conditional, where one thing has to be true for another to happen," you grumbled out.

The horror story continued as such, classes getting more and more boring as the day continued.

By evening, you'd already dozed off in most classes at least twice. Thankfully, Yaoyorozu promised to lend you notes after detention.

Speaking of, Denki and you were trying to get out without Aizawa noticing. While he was sleeping, he was in front of the door so that you couldn't get out easily.

You'd almost given up until a miracle in disguise came to you in the form of a phone call.

"Y/N where are you? I thought you died!" You heard Mei's voice from the other end.

"I wish," you chuckled. "Room 1-A, I'm in detention with Denki. Can you get us out?"

So asking her was probably not the best idea.

Mei came in with a drilling machine and a whole team to get the two of you out of there, only to get trapped herself.

"Should've told me who was supervising," she grumbled.

"I mean, we can pull a class 6 move and-" you began, only to be interrupted by Aizawa.

"No one is setting fire to anything. All of you, to your dorms. Now," he seethed.

"Best Sensei ever! I'll make you a father's day card," Denki grinned.

"Do I look that old to you?"

The look on his face was enough to send you all running.

As soon as you got to your dorm room, the three of you collapsed, laughing it all out.

It'd been a long time since the three of you were together due to the department separation and all the extra examinations you had this year, you were going to take this moment.

The three of you were just sat upon a huge cloud, enjoying each other's presence for the time being.

Then Denki's impulse kicked in.

"Y/N, you know what we should do? We need to create a star chart on your ceiling. It'll go really well with the cloud theme," he rambled, eyes sparkling.

"You know what could make it better? If the stars could move," you brainstormed with him.

The two of you then turned your gaze to Hatsume.

"I've got many costume orders now, but I should be able to squeeze in some brainstorming and experimenting," she agreed, much to your delight.

"This is why I love you," Denki grinned.

"You know, now I understand why people think we're all in some poly relationship," you pondered, to which Hatsume nodded.

It wasn't long before you heard Bakugo yelling from downstairs, ordering everyone to bring down their trash.

Using it as an opportunity to be an amazing human, you bagged Mineta and dragged him downstairs to him.

"You morons it's like you've been hoarding this trash for weeks!" You heard Bakugo screech.

"Katsuki-kun, I have one last bag here," you handed him the bag.

"Didn't you have enough detention today?" A muffled voice came out of it.

"Y/N," Bakugo sighed disappointedly. "He might be a terrible human but we don't throw our classmates in the trash. Because of Aizawa. If we were allowed, he'd have been gone since the start of the year."

With that, he let the scoundrel run free again, much to the disappointment of all girls.

"How'd you get detention?" Bakugo asked.

"Talked back to Aizawa," you snickered, memory still fresh.

"You've really got a death wish," he scoffed.

His mildly calm demeanor changed instantly as soon as Mineta commented on his lack of cleaning skills. Apparently, Mineta had a death wish as well.

There wasn't much of a fight, more yelling and taunting, but you'd caught it all on video.

"Shirakumo-San, send it to me please," Tokoyami requested.

"I'll just send it in the class chat," you shrugged in response, sending it.

Seemingly, you had a death wish as well.

One boy had three days of house arrest, another had four days, the problematic duo had gotten into detention already, and there were three murder attempts.

Clearly, class A was off to a great start.
