I was busy getting the stage set up in the theatre ready for the Gavinners concert that was happening that night. I was a stage-hand at the Sunshine Colluseum and was in charge of getting the stage set up. I had met their lead singer once before, being a witness for a case that he was prosecuting and I knew it wasn't a good idea, but I still ended up falling for him.

"Fraulein, (Y/n). Just who I was looking for." I squeaked and shot around, "Mr Gavin sir! What can I do for you sir?!" I asked, my face going slightly red at the fact that I had failed to notice him.

"Oh, you've already done plenty, Fraulein. I just wanted to ask you if you wanted to watch the show tonight. Also, just call me, Klavier, ja? It doesn't feel right to have such a pretty Frualein call me by my surname."

"O-Okay! I-is that really okay? I-I mean, I'm just a stagehand. I-it wouldn't be right for me just to stop working without permission to watch!" I replied playing with a piece of my hair while looking down at the floor.

"Of course, you can, Fraulein. I already talked to the manager and she said it was okay."

"Oh! Well, if it's okay with my boss, then I'd love to! Thank you for this!" I replied smiling up at him, my face slightly pink.

"Of course, Fraulein. I'll make sure you get a seat in the front, ja?" I smiled, "O-of course! That would be fine by me!"

---------------------

And so after I had finished my shift, I walked out into the audience of the theatre. A few minutes later,  Klavier appeared, "Ah, there you are, Fraulein. Now I'll show you where I want you to sit, ja?" I just nodded, not wanting to say anything, in fear of messing it up. He led me to one of the front seat, "Sit here, Fraulein." I sat down before realising that he'd placed me right in the middle of the front row. People soon started coming into the theatre and sitting down. Klavier and the rest of the band came out onto the stage and the concert started.

They did some of the old favourites and a couple of newer songs before the band fell silent and Klavier took the mic in his hand, "Now, Our final song of the night is dedicated to someone who I met recently, but I can already tell they're going to play a big part in my life." He glanced towards me and smiled before the music started and he started singing.

(Play the song)

It's a little bit funny
This feeling inside
I'm not one of those who can easily hide
I don't have much money, but boy if I did
I'd buy a big house where we both could live

If I was a sculptor, ha
But then again, no
Or a man who makes potions in a travelling show
I know it's not much, but it's the best I can do
My gift is my song, and this one's for you

And you can tell everybody
This is your song
It may be quite simple, but now that it's done
I hope you don't mind
I hope you don't mind
That I put down in the words
How wonderful life is while you're in the world

I sat on the roof and kicked off the moss
Well a few of the verses, well they've got me quite cross
But the sun's been quite kind
While I wrote this song
It's for people like you that keep it turned on

So excuse me for forgetting
But these things I do
You see I've forgotten if they're green or they're blue
Anyway, the thing is, what I really mean
Yours are the sweetest eyes I've ever seen

And you can tell everybody
This is your song
It may be quite simple, but now that it's done
I hope you don't mind
I hope you don't mind
That I put down in the words
How wonderful life is while you're in the world

He looked towards me again, making my face light up bright red, if I didn't know he meant me before, I did now.

I hope you don't mind
I hope you don't mind
That I put down in the words
How wonderful life is while you're in the world

Once he'd finished, he said one more thing, "Thank you everyone for coming and goodnight!" Everyone stood up and started getting their things together. I stood up too and made my way backstage to get on stage so I could everything packed up for Klavier and his band. While I did this for them, I started singing to myself, "And you can tell everybody, This is your song. It may be quite simple, but now that it's done. I hope you don't mind, I hope you don't mind. That I put down in the words how wonderful life is while you're in the world."

When I'd finished singing, I heard clapping behind me, "You're really good, Fraulein."

My face lit up bright red as I stood up from kneeling on the floor and turned to Klavier, "T-Thank you for the compliment, but I'm nothing compared to you!"

"Of course you are! You're amazing. You know, Fraulein, in case you couldn't tell, that last song was dedicated to you."

My face lit up redder, "R-really?! But why me? You have loads of fans who would kill just to be able to talk to you like this. I'm just a stage-hand." He walked up to me and placed a hand on my cheek, "That's what makes you special, Frualein. May I?" he asked the final question, looking between my eyes and lips. If my face wasn't already bright red, it was now as I nodded. he leaned in and tilted his head to kiss me. I melted into it and I felt him move his arms around my waist.

"Fraulein, how would you like to be the Gavinners' personal aid? You could come on tour with us and get everything set up for us?" My face lit up before falling, "I'd love to, Klavier, but I have a job here to do."

"(Y/n), go. I can tell you love him. I'll find someone else to fill your place." I turned around and smiled at my boss, "Really?!" She nodded and I smiled. I ran up to her and hugged her, "Thank you!"

"Of course, (Y/n). Remeber though, if you ever need it, you can always come back here. You'll always be welcome." I smiled, "Thank you," I replied before walking back to Klavier, "In that case, I'd love to be the Gavinners' personal aid."

"Or you could sing with us too, Fraulein." I froze and he chuckled, "I'm joking, unless you want to, that is, Fraulein."

"I think I'll stick to stage-hand for now, Klavier. Maybe in a few years."

"Of course, Fraulein."
