"DO YOU KNOW me?" Steve's deep voice sends chills down Charlie's spine.
Bucky and Charlie subtly eye each other, figuring out who was going to speak and what they were going to say.
"Captain, Вольно." Charlie notified the growling dog making him stop and sit on the ground obediently. Charlie pointed to Steve. "Мы не нападаем на него." Ollie turns his head away from Charlie, dropping most of his hostility.
Captain, at ease. We do not attack him.
Rogers took notice of the name.
"You're Steve," Bucky aims the statement at the man. Charlie focuses all of her attention on Steve's movements. "I read about you in a museum," Bucky only half lied.
Was he there to arrest Bucky?
"They've set the perimeter," Sam announces, his voice being heard being heard not just by Steve.
"I know you're nervous-" Steve sets down the notebook. "-and you have plenty of reason to be. But you're lying."
"I wasn't in Vienna. I don't do that anymore."
Charlie watches their encounter.
"They're entering the building."
Charlie moves over to their shoe rack, grabbing her combat boots and sliding them on. She, as quick as possible, ties them tight.
"Well, the people who think you did are coming here now. And they're not planning on taking you alive."
Steve's eyes wander to Charlie.
"And who's side of all this are you on?" Charlie speaks up, tilting her head. In all honesty, all she wanted to do is run up and hug him. But she knew now wasn't the time.
"That's smart. Good strategy."
Footsteps sound from above.
"They're on the roof. I'm compromised."
"This doesn't have to end in a fight, Buck."
"It always ends in a fight."

They're after you. You get away from here as far as possible. Do not worry about me. No casualties.
