Lando woke up to loud knocks, he found himself on the couch of his suite, the bedroom door was shut. He looked around in confusion, he decided to see who was at the door first.

He opened the door to be greeted by his mother, "Oh!" She looked at him before scrunching her nose in disgust, "you don't smell too pleasant right now."

"I was partying and-"

"I don't want to know about it dear, we're having brunch, will you both join us?"

He looked back at the shut door, "I think she's still asleep, we'll join you in a bit." He smiled.

"Okay and please take a shower-"

"I will mum!" He grumbled.

He knocked on the door, "Claire, wake up! It's like eleven, I didn't know you could sleep in so much." He laughed. There was still no response, he reflected on what could have possibly happened last night that made her sleep in so late.

He took his chance and opened the room door, the bed was already made, her suitcase was gone. He ran to Ophelia's bassinet, she wasn't here either. He thought this was some sort of prank until a piece of paper on the bed caught his eye.

Please don't try to contact me, it's what's best for us.

He couldn't believe his eyes, he hoped that this was some sort of joke and she was just playing a prank on him.

But it didn't appear to be like that, she was no where to be seen. He tried to recall how he made it back to the hotel room, the last thing he remembered was getting into a car with Max.

Lando sprinted to Max's room, maybe he'd have some answers. He knocked on the door getting increasingly impatient. Max opened the door, he noticed two other heads peeping from behind him.

"Good morning! Come on in we're having breakfast." Max held the door open.

Lando walked into the room, Daniel was sat on the bed eating a good spread while Charles ate a similar spread sat on the armchair.

"It's really funny you know, how the three of us ended up in Max's room." Charles laughed.

"Yeah real funny." Max grit his teeth.

"Just so you know, I'm not a part of this cat fight." Daniel pointed at the two of them with his fork.

"I don't care! I don't care about any of that! What do you guys remember about last night?" Lando asked, he was pacing back and forth as the three of them tried to gather what they could remember.

It was of no use, they were blackout drunk. None of them even remembered how they got to the hotel, everything was a blurry mess. Max noticed Lando's anxious behaviour and asked him what's wrong.

"She's... she's gone." He scratched the back of his neck. "Took all the stuff, left a note asking me to never contact her and she's gone." He croaked.

"So you mean to say she robbed you?" Charles raised his eyebrows.

"No you dimwit, she left him!" Max rolled his eyes, "deep breaths Lando, we'll figure it out." He comforted his friend.  He gave Lando a big hug, he knew this situation wasn't any good for his anxiety and it was best to keep him as calm as he possibly could.

"I know this is not at all relevant to whatever's going on," Daniel gulped, "but she's gone? Like everything? Even the strawberry scented soaps and shampoos?"
