Lydia Martin. One of Beacon Hills Hospitals miracle patients. She was attacked by an animal, is what Keelin told me. Right now I was just waiting for Keelin but had caught sight of the room which Lydia was in.

She looked so pale to the point where she looked as if she were dead. The only comfort that she wasn't was the calm and constant beeping of the heart monitor. I sighed and turned my head, catching sight of Stiles Stilinski sleeping soundly on the visitor chairs.

I raised my brows in amusement as he snored loudly and glanced back at Lydias room to see one of the nurses waking up Lydia to take her to the shower. I could smell the blood that soaked the gauze around her neck and turned away, walking up to Stiles.

Everyone knew about his crush on the red head that had supposedly lasted since the third grade. They also knew about how Lydia Martin never even acknowledged his existence either. I moved to stand in front of Stiles and shook him.

The dark haired boy snorted awake, wiping drool off his face and groaned as he sat up. "Oh... my back." He rubbed it in pain and stood up, cracking it.

He shot me a confused look when he finally noticed my presence. "Hope?"

"Stiles."

"What are you doing here?"

"My aunt works here, genius."

"Oh.... You want something from the vending machine?" He asked after a second. I shrugged as he pulled out a few dollar bills. We both left to go find the machine down the hallway.

I put some money in the slot, pressing the buttons for a pack of skittles. When Stiles went to get his candy bar, the package got stuck. I chuckled lightly as he shot me a glare whilst wiggling the vending machine.

"It won't work." I said pointedly to him as he ignored me, now pushing it back and forth. I stepped back, grabbing ahold of Stiles arm and yanking him towards me as the vending machine came crashing down, glass shattering and scattered across the floor.

Stiles looked at me awkwardly and I just shrugged. "Told you." My small smirk dropped as a piercing scream rang in my ears. I pressed my hands against them as Stoles looked in the direction the noise was coming from. The scream suddenly stopped and I uncovered my ears quickly.

"What the hell was that?" I asked as Stiles looked back at me.

"I think.. I think that was Lydia. Oh my god-" he ran towards the red heads room and I followed behind quickly. The bed was empty and we all ran to the shower, Lydias dad and Melissa McCall with us. Stiles ripped open the curtain. The tub held a small amount of water on it but was otherwise, empty.

Lydia Martin had gone missing.

"Alright. Let's get an APB out for a 16 year old redhead." Sheriff Stilinski said. "Any other descriptors?" He asked Melissa McCall.

Stiles quickly stepped in, "she's five foot three, green eyes, fair skinned, and her hair is actually strawberry blonde." He said quickly.

"Is that right?" Stilinski gave his son a look as I just stood awkwardly.

"Yeah." Stilinski moved Stiles by the back of his neck a few feet away. "What the hell are you still doing here?" I heard him whisper to him.

"Umm, providing moral support?"

"Ah.. how about you provide your ass back home, where you should be."

"Kay, I can do that too." Stile said.

"Yeah, and why don't you ask your friend if she needs a ride?"

"I can also do that."

I walked forwards and grabbed his wrist, "let's go." I shook my head as we started walking down the hallway, letting go of his wrist.
