I opened my eyes to see I was standing in the Nemeton in the usual dark of night. My breath clouded in front of me as I exhaled before something on the ground caught my eye. It was a figure, a lifeless one, lying in the ground. As my eyes adjusted to the darkness, I realized what it was. It was Lydia's body, pale and frozen. I gasped slightly as I stepped back, a sudden wave of fear washing over me.

I turned around, only to be met with more bodies. Everything time I blinked, there would be more. Rebekah, Scott, Keelin, Allison, Ethan and Aiden, Peter, Derek, Dr Saltzman, Lizzie and Josie, Freya, Davina, Kol, Nik. I blinked again. My father, my mother, my grandmother and great aunt and Mikael. My breathing quickened as everywhere I turned was met with more lifeless bodies of people I love. I stepped back, only to trio over something and fall off the Nemeton to the ground.

I stood up and I wanted to scream at what I saw but nothing came out. Lying on the ancient tree stump was Stiles's body.

"I tried to warn you." I whipped around to see the other Stiles walking towards me, casually stepping over bodies.

"What happened to them?" I asked, unable to distinguish reality from dream.

"You did, Hope." He said, coming closer.

"No. No." I breathed out, feeling a lump form in my throat.

"You were selfish enough to get too close to them and this is what happened. You should just leave Beacon Hills while you have the chance." He snapped as I stepped back, falling onto the Nemeton in a sitting position as 'Stiles' moved right in front of me. "This is all your fault. Leave. Go back to the Salvatore School and New Orleans where people like you belong. Where your kind of Chaos is normal. Where you can't put anymore of your friends in danger."

I exhaled a shaky breath until I cocked my head to the side slightly. "Why do you keep trying to get me to leave so bad?" I asked him. He furrowed his brows.

"What do you mean?"

"All you do is torture me and then tell me I should leave Beacon Hills. Why?" I asked, standing up, making him step back again.

He chuckled bitterly. "Why do you think? I'm a figment of your imagination." He pointed out, yet an instinct told me there was something else behind his words that had a different meaning. "You figure it out."

"I will. But first, I'm going to do something I've wanted to for a while." I pulled back and punched him in the face before everything went dark.

I snapped my eyes open and inhaled sharply. "Hey, hey, what's wrong?" Stiles asked as he sat up with me.

"Nothing. Just a bad dream." I brushed it off and then furrowed my brows. "Wait," I looked at him, "what are you doing here? You weren't here last night."

"Don't think about it." He brushed my hair behind my ear. "Just enjoy the moment. Now, are you okay?"

I looked down. "This isn't real." I muttered.

"What are you talking about?" Stiles asked me.

"This isn't real." I said louder. Stiles grinned and scoffed out a laugh. I backed away. "Seriously, Hope?" He asked. "Why couldn't you just live in the moment? I mean, I doubted this would work given how smart you are. But I thought you'd just want everything to be simple, even just for a few moments." He chuckled darkly and pushed me off the bed. This time, I fell into complete darkness just like once before. And empty void.

I woke up screaming and Freya ran into my room and wrapped her arms around me, trying to calm me down as I screamed in terror, tears staring to stream down my face. "Hey, hey, shhhhh." She said, holding me. "Shhh, shhh. Your okay. Your okay. It was just a dream."

"Good morning, Everyone." Our new teacher said. "My name is Mr Yukimura. I'll be taking over for your previous History Teacher. My family and I moved here three weeks ago. I sure by now, you all know my daughter, Kira. Or you might not sincerely she's never actually mentioned anyone from School. Or brought home a friend for that matter." A girl in the back sighed and banged her head down on her desk, causing all of us to look back at her. I knew who she was but I leave people alone most of the time unless they come up to me.

"Either way," Mr Yukimura continued, "there she is." She lifted her head up slowly and I sent her a small smile which she returned. I smirked once I looked back and noticed Scotts eyes linger on the girl a little longer. "Now, let's begin with American History at the turn of the twentieth century." I looked at Mr Yukimura and my breath hitched in my throat when I saw Henry standing behind him, staring at me. There was a strangle line on his neck and his eyes were bloodshot. I squeezed my eyes shut and clenched my fists to the point where I drew blood. I opened my eyes and he was gone.

"I thought you said you wanted to make friends." I heard Mr Yukimura say and I looked to see him talking to Kira. "Not like that." She replied.

"You said you wanted to be noticed."

"I could set myself on fire and be noticed." She argued back.

"Well, then you'd be dead."

"Exactly." She turned and caught eyes with Scott. "Kira. Kira." Her father tried. She started walking slowly forwards towards Scott and Stiles. I looked to see Stiles push Scotts head down and lead him away. This was the part where I intervene. I walked forwards but stopped short when Henry appeared again. My breathing quickened and I shook my head, speeding into the bathroom. I gripped the edges of the sink as I stared in the mirror, trying to get my breathing under control. I looked at the faucet which started shaking slightly.

"Hey." I looked up, my magic stopping to see Kira Yukimura walking towards me. "Hey, are you alright?" She asked, looking concerned.

"Yeah, uh," I stood up fully and looked at her, "Kira, right?"

"Uh, yeah. Yeah." She held her hand out for me to shake and I did. "Yeah, that's me. And you are...."

"Hope." I supplied. "Hope Mikaelson."

"It's, uh, it's nice to meet you." She said, smiling.

"You too. Umm, so your Dad gave you a nice first impression." She winced. "Yeah... he's just trying to help in his own spectacularly awful way. Dads.. am I right?" She rubbed her arm awkwardly.

"Sure." I chuckled, trying to maintain a happy mood despite the thoughts of my own father. "Umm, it was nice talking to you but I do have to meet someone soon." She nodded.

"Yeah, yeah. Umm, nice talking to you too." She said as I started making my way to the door. "By the way," I stopped. "If you want my advice, you should just talk to him." I walked out the door with one last small wave and into the hallway.

I pulled out my phone and scrolled through my contacts, landing on the one I wanted and called her. The phone rang three times before the sound of someone picking up came through the speaker. "Hope? What's up?" Freya asked.

"I need a favor." I replied hesitantly. "You know my old bracelet....." I trailed off. "Do you think Davina could make a new one?"

"Why? What's wrong?"

"It's just to be on the safe side. Could you just ask her?" I bit my lip as I stopped.

"Of course. Anything you need."
