They always say good things come to those who wait. Well it's been what now, 3days already and still Olivia has been more invisible than ever. I am currently in a pinnacle of confusion right now as to whether she exists or not. "Ugh this is so frustrating!"

I sigh rubbing my face in frustration. Dayo on the other hand was struggling not to laugh. I don't blame him though; he is not the one that publicly asked a girl out in front of half the population of the school. I don't even know why I acted on impulse and did that, if only I knew how the whole thing would turn out. "Hmm, well on the bright side at least you got your first kiss from someone you actually like." Dayo said snapping me out of my thoughts.

He handed me a plate of spaghetti bolognese and good lord the aroma drove away every thought of Olivia from my head. As the aroma assaulted my nose holes, my mouth only watered at the sight. "Whao, chef lomo! How you take cook this thing for this hostel?" He just chuckled and balanced on my bed with me, ready to dig into his one potions of the spaghetti bolognese, he not even answer or spare me a glance. I nudge him a little and with half the spaghetti in his mouths he mumbled a reply

"Hmmm guy nah—" he grumbled eating the rest of his spaghetti while drinking water to it before he finally responded saying. "See guy, free me and eat your food." He complained... a mocking grimace on his face, I only chuckled saying "what? I only want to know your secret recipe nah. Like, really, how did you manage to cook food and this hungry hostel mates didn't steal the meat or better still, steal the whole pot?." He chuckled, and ended up laughing out loud finally getting my point. I joined him in laughter as I commented further on my statement "what nah, e reach to ask oo." I said finally eating my food.
