Nothing much else happened for the rest of that year.
We hung out a lot, although sometimes it was mostly with Jisung and Felix too, as a four.
Sunhee learnt to avoid me, which meant she stopped trying to pester you too, and the year ended nicely with the two of us going to grab some ice-cream from the truck outside of school.
Just like we did over the summer.
It was great!
You made me extremely happy that year, I suppose to make up for what had happened the year before, and I think that whole Sunny Situation had made us grow closer than ever.
You were my other half at this point, but not in that way.
Unfortunately.
Because, I was clingy, for sure, but not clingy enough to keep you close to me.
And you weren't close enough for me to actually realise why all this jealousy had stemmed in the first place, all because of my irrational, premature and juvenile feelings for you.
You were like a strong magnet, and I was just a weak and naïve paperclip, constantly being drawn to your field.
Maybe that's why I couldn't stop thinking about you, all throughout that summer.
You just never knew how to leave my mind.
