It's already 6 o'clock. Rimuru wakes up from his bed, actually rimuru doesn't need to sleep but sleeping has become a habit of his.
Rimuru POV:
I woke up from my sleep. I'm wearing my nightgown. I make my bed, then I go to breakfast, today I make myself a boxed lunch for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Actually I don't need to eat anything but who doesn't like to eat. After eating, I brush my teeth, wash my face, and then put on my clothes.
