Rimuru: The Dragonoid

The line between reality and illusion

A teenage boy was sitting in a classroom, taller than average with unruly short black hair and long bangs reaching down to his eyes. He had a pair of blue-green eyes, and despite appearing frail, he had a muscular body beneath his high school uniform. 

This young man's name was Chloe Aubert, a high school senior. He was listening to music and staring out the window, not paying attention to anything else around him. 

Suddenly, someone touched him and Chloe turned to see a girl with a slender figure, long blue-green hair cascading down to her waist, and a height that was average. She wore a slightly tight-fitting female uniform, emphasizing her larger-than-age-appropriate chest, and a short skirt that made it seem like one could see her underwear. 

In addition, she wore long, tightly-knit women's stockings that clung to her thighs, revealing the plump part of her upper thigh that was not covered by the stockings. 

This girl was Rimuru, considered to be the most attractive and charming student at school, and also Chloe's childhood friend.

Chloe POV: 

I was just minding my own business when I felt someone touch me. I turned around and I saw Rimuru in front of me, so close that her face was only a few centimeters away from mine, and I could distinctly smell the blueberry scent emanating from her. 

I even took a quick glance at her lower body before stepping back and keeping some distance from her. I asked her what was the matter.

Chloe: What's up, Rimuru?

Rimuru: Do you want to go home after school?

Chloe: That's fine, but aren't you afraid of what others might say?

Rimuru: It's okay.

After saying that, she quickly returned to her seat.

After school, Rimuru and I started walking home together. Since our homes were quite close to each other, we often walked together. 

On the way, we talked a lot and shared what happened to us during the day.

But then, all of a sudden, Rimuru brought up a topic that made my heart tighten.

Rimuru: Someone confessed their love to me today.

Chloe: Who is it this time?

Rimuru: This time, it's someone quite special.

A special person? 

Rimuru: Do you remember Luminous? 

Chloe: Luminous, the girl who confessed to me before? 

Rimuru: Yes, that's her. 

Chloe: What about her? 

Rimuru: She's the one confessing. 

Chloe: Huh? 

Rimuru: I was surprised too. 

Chloe: So what was your answer? 

Rimuru: Of course, I refused. I still have to take care of you, Chloe. 

My face turned red. 

Chloe: What does that mean?

Rimuru: Who knows. 

Rimuru smiled at me, a smile that seemed forbidden. 

Then we talked about another topic. 

Rimuru: Hey, Chloe, have you played PHANTOMa before? 

Chloe: What is that? 

Rimuru: It's a game where we can fight monsters and battle against other players, it's really popular right now.
