CHAPTER TEN: the turning point

JENSEN GILBERT SEARCHED FOR HIS JACKET. The brunette-haired boy couldn't find his jacket. And, he really liked the jacket.
"Jeremy's got his sketch pad out." Elena announced, when she walked down the stairs.
"You're kidding?" Jenna questioned in amazement.
"No way. And you didn't imagine it?" Jensen smiled.
"Nope. But don't say a word. The minute we encourage him, he'll put it away."
"Psychology major. Check that" Jenna smiled Elena looks at her phone. "You and Stefan? Update?"
Elena begins to button up her jacket. "He knows how I feel and where I stand and I know where he stands but it doesn't matter. He's leaving, moving away. And, Jensen, you left your jacket int the kitchen."
"Where is he going?" Jenna asked.
"I've stopped asking questions. The answers get scary." Elena answered. Elena opens the front door and the pair walk out of the house. She hold the door as Jensen walks out.
"Yours leaves, mine returns." Jenna muttered.
"Logan?" Elena asked in shock.
"What'd he do? Do I have to beat him up?" Jensen questioned.
"He's back. I didn't let him pass the front door."
"I hope you slammed it in his face."
"Or on his fingers," Jensen says.
Jenna laughed. "Ah, medium slam."
"Three-strike rule, Jenna. You're not even allowed to watch the news." Elena tells Jenna.
