Teiro's point of view

MALAMIG ANG hangin nang makalabas ako sa Inn.

Medyo tahimik ang paligid at tanging ang ilaw sa street lights lang ang nagbibigay liwanag sa daanan ko. With my newly bought dagger on hand, narating ko ang gubat nang ilang minutong lumipas.

The forest is so quite. Not even a sign of breeze passes and the only noises around here are my light footsteps.

I now possessed two daggers while the other one is hidden on my back waist. A little slope is on the way so I goes down carefully as not to slip with slippery twigs and leaves on where I am stepping on.

As I go far away from the town, the darkness of my sorroundings got more and more dim. With a map in my upper right corner vision, which is nabili ko kanina lang, guided me to the right track on where point I decided to be inside this forest.

And with badluck, a horizontally positioned twig infront blocked my forehead. Medyo mabilis ang lakad ko at ang sangang 'yon ay almost two times larger than my arms.

I almost passed out, stepping back for a few times habang iniinda ang sakit sa noong hinahawakan ng kamay. "Ouch." I should have brought flashlight with me, too.

Akala ko naman kasi hindi madilim ang bahaging ito ng gubat. It should be around here somewhere. Right on point na ako.

"Meow~"

"Ahh!" I shouted in fear as I turned to my side and saw a familiar dark cat on that grassy ground. Its purple pair of eyes are always cute when morning, but this time, It seems the opposite.

It's kinda intimidating. Akala ko nga aatake na ito sa 'kin.

"Why are you here?" I glanced down to this little devil beside me. Which it only replies a soundless stare, just sitting over there completely unmoving except for its twirling tiny tail.

"Iniwan kita sa kama kaya pwede kang matulog do'n. Bakit ka ba sumama?" Still. It's not answering a single word. Nakikipagtitigan lang sa 'kin. "Of course, you'll not answer." I surrendered again.

"Meow~"

"Halika na." Tumalikod na ako't tinuloy ang paglalakad. I felt this little creature's claw while climbing my body like I'm just some sort of a tree. Eventually, he got up again curled his body lying on my head.

"Meow~"

"Tsk. Pakialam mo ba kung sa'n ako pupunta?"

"Meow~"

"Magsalita ka muna ng maayos tsaka tayo mag-uusap ng matino."

"Meow~"

"You're not even listening."

"Meow?~"

"Ako pa talaga tinanong mo."

I'm bored. Bakit ba.

A minute later, I arrived to my destination. Isa itong old dungeon gate na kinakalawang na ang supporting poles nito.

Vines are wrapping around it, some were even covering the entrance at the center. Moss are also visible.

Sobrang dilim sa loob. I even felt hesitant to continue, now that I am already here. I heaved a sigh preparing myself from what odds awaits for me inside.

"I knew you're brave but I never expected this." Nagulat ako't napalingon sa aking likod. There I saw a figure of a man. Nang masinagan sya ng buwan, hindi ko inaasahang makikita ko si Leonidas dito. Bakit sya nandito?
