Hades and Dionysus were sometimes seen as the same deity by other sects in Egypt,

The two gods shared several epithets,

And were both connected in rituals to Persephone.

Dionysus was often treated as Persephone’s husband.

The philosopher, Heraclitus.

Went as far as to state 'Hades and Dionysus are the same'.

Dimitri's eyes flared open at the news

Dimitri's eyes flared open at the news. He chewed his lips, contemplating as he stared idly at the locker to his side. "If someone is going to die, we need to stick close to each other. You shouldn't be running off on your own."

He had a point. Knowing there was a possibility of death in our upcoming mission didn't go well with me. We just want to save Pedro in one piece. Is that too much to ask? And besides, Hunter's intuition can be evaded if we're cautious, right?

The young triplet crossed his arms, his black turtle neck clung to his lithe frame like a second skin. He quirked one eyebrow. "I'm not running off. Penny is coming with me. And if you're wondering where we're going, it's to a class upstairs. Vanni left one of my textbooks there and I'm going to retrieve it."

Dimitri watched him for a moment. It almost seemed like his mind wasn't there;  like his thoughts are anywhere and everywhere. He blinked, reverting back to the present. "Maybe you and I should stay back."

"What!?" Hunter exclaimed in anger. His amber irises flashed as he gritted his teeth. The proposition to exempt himself from the upcoming fight with Epimetheus and his goons sounded preposterous. I decided to stick the side, not wanting to interrupt the two. It's better to be neutral when it comes to them.

Oblivious to me, Hunter closed the distance and poked Dimitri's broad chest with a finger. "You're not staying behind because you need to protect me, and I'm not staying either. Pedro needs us. We're not going to abandon him. Don't forget, this battle is against a titan who, by the way, knows his abilities like the back of his hand. It'll be wrong to leave all the fight to Zion and Zeus. Hades is an ally we can use."
