Zeus created Pandora to punish mankind for receiving the gift of fire,

A gift stolen by Prometheus.

Pandora's powers were beautifully evil.

Hephaestus shaped her perfectly from clay.

Aphrodite doused her in femininity and Athena taught her crafts.

The curtains fluttered away from the window as the cold night breeze filtered through the gaping opening. Hunter's hair ruffled from the slight gust of wind as he sat before it on a hard white infirmary bed. The window behind him cast a reflection of the brightly colored buildings under the Star-crossed Inc name. We were at the headquarters -- as usual -- but it was quite shocking when Eros mentioned he had a built-in infirmary in addition to a nightclub.

In my opinion, it looked more like a guest room than a sick room. But I must say an infirmary close to home is quite handy. The only problem is...you need a doctor. And you won't believe who Eros appointed to play healer.

Trent flicked the thermometer and adjusted his glasses before pulling his dwarf-like body up the bed so he could reach Hunter's armpit. He placed the thermometer in Hunter's axilla, asking him to hug it close like his life depended on it. He then ruffled through a little suitcase he had brought along with him.

Hunter watched the dwarf work like he was watching a fairytale movie come to life. He and I sat on separate infirmary beds as we prepared for what came next -- we will be meeting Epimetheus in a few hours. And I must say, the thought left me with a lingering sort of fear. The last time we met the titan, he placed some weird voodoo on me.

Flanking Hunter's side was Zion. He sat in nothing but jeans and a white tank top that clung to his build. Every once in a while, his eyes will dart to Trent with mild skepticism. His distrust was clear as day. Zion turned to his brother. "You sure you're okay? You don't feel dizzy or something?"
