1 What type of stories do you have on your profile?
My profile consists of BTS Fanfictions :)
2 When did you join Wattpad?
My second year anniversary is coming up on Sept. 7th!
3 What is something you've come to learn about writing, while you've been on Wattpad?
I give a lot of props to authors.
It is not easy coming up with storylines and ideas. It can definitely be very hard making a story connect throughout the beginning to the end.
4 What do you believe is important to have when creating a Wattpad profile?
I'd say the most important thing is to have an open mind.
Know that this is a world of endless possibilities and it's okay if everything you read doesn't make sense in relativity to the real world.
5 Do you think you should rush to publish stories on your profile, when you first join Wattpad?
I don't think you should rush. It's important to take your time and enjoy what you write. Take time to reread and proofread your work. I believe quality will make all the difference as opposed to quantity.
6 What is your current story update routine?
I try to post a new one-shot at least once a week. With stories I try to post a new chapter at least once a week or once every week and half. Sometimes those do take a bit longer, however.
7 Is there anything you would've changed to your profile when you first joined Wattpad?
I wish I had a cool theme but I believe those only come with premium lol
8 Do you believe it is better to have a short or long bio section on your profile?
I think it is a personal preference. My own is rather short and to the point, but I have enjoyed reading other people's that are long. I think both are fine, honestly.
9 When you're on Wattpad, what is something you notice first on fellow Wattpad writer's profile?
Their profile pictures and bio's. If they have stories
I look through their covers and descriptions and pick ones to read.
10 What do you believe is important to include in the bio section of your profile? If you are an author, I think it's important to state what genre of stories you write. For example my bio states that I solely write BTS Fanfics. I think that helps gear your profile toward a specific audience.
11 What are some suggestions you would share to fellow writer's about creating/maintaining a Wattpad profile?
Stay consistent and don't give up! Continue to write
no matter what. If you experience writers block then grab a notebook and jot down some small ideas. They will come together! :)
