Returned.

"Mmk, sure. Just... seriously, we need to-"

I bumped into someone. I wasn't looking very clearly as I was walking.
I slowly looked up at the person and I couldn't help but cry.

I can't believe it... it's... he's back!

"Awh! You're back!" My voice cracked as my throat felt strained from crying.

"You miss me?" He spoke.

I couldn't answer him. I only gave him a nod as I tightly hugged him.

"MXES... I... where have you been...?" I was worried.

He had some weird problem and left me without an answer a while back.

"I had business. Don't worry Y/n, I'm back. Like always..." MXES put his hand on the back of my head and brought it to his lower waist, rubbing slowly.

"I'm so happy you're back..." I stuttered as I whimpered quietly.

"What—?" Helpi was just watching the entire ordeal going down.

"Hm?" MXES looked up at the bear and tilted his head.

"You...?" Helpi sweated. "Oh no."

"Don't you try anything..." MXES mouthed, trying to not alert Y/n of the situation.

"You've got it..." The fat fuck mouthed back, irritated and annoyed.

Helpi put on a shade of glasses and layed back in a chair with some lemonade.
MXES gazed back at Y/n and took in the feeling. He never truly got the minute to ever feel someone's warmth.

"By the way,"

"Yeah?" I looked up as he rubbed my tears off.

"You don't need to keep calling me MXES."

"Oh— is that... not your name?"

"It is, just isn't natural to say."

"True," I chuckled. "It is just initials for something, right?"

"Something like that."

"What do you want me to call you?"

MXES looked over to the side and thought for a minute.

"I'm not sure Y/n."

"Huh... guess I'll just call you Blueberry."

"I don't really like that..." MXES rubbed his head awkwardly.

"I'm just playing!"

"Of course..."

"Well Blueberry, know any quicker ways out of here to the basement?"

MXES sighed and seemed embarrassed whenever I called him that.

"I don't think there are any. Sorry."

"It's alright."

But inside, I was upset by this. I just wanted a quicker way.

"Fine. I'll listen to you Helpy!" I picked up a piece of trash and began hitting the ground with it.

"Woah—! What are you doing?" MXES choked on his words and bent over to my level.

"I'm digging a tunnel."

"What?! No! You can't do that!" He put his hand on my shoulder.

"Sure I can. That bear said I could." I kept stabbing the ground with the piece of trash.

"Mm..." MXES relaxed and looked over at the best that was now passed out, dead asleep.

"Pathetic... tch." The rabbit rolled his eyes— all while having a form of hate for the bear.

In a split second, the trash was yanked out of my grasp as the rabbit dangled it in front of my like a keychain.

"Give it!"

"Nuh uh~... not anymore."

The trash was obliterated and gone in a second.

"Huh?! What happened??"

"It's gone. That's what happened."

"Why do you have to be rude?"

"I'm not."

"Oh be honest. You sound grumpy. What's wrong?" I folded my arms.

"Nothing."

"Answer!"

"No."

"Ugh! Why do you have to be this stubborn?!"

MXES grabbed me by the throat and hushed me up quicker than I've ever known a person to shut up.
His eyes lost their shine as he moved closer to my face, practically letting me smell his minty breath.

"You should know... not to mess with a rabbit."

I grabbed weakly onto his hands, tapping frantically to let him know to let go.

"I'm not letting go so soon... not now. Not when I've been gone for so... so long."

He didn't seemed to be himself. He seemed different now... he wasn't like this before he left me to be alone with Helpy.
I clawed at his hands as he dropped me, thankfully not really hurting me since he didn't lift me into the air.

"Jeez... what's up with you?!"

"I..."

"You couldn't have..."

"I didn't mean to..."

"Something is wrong."

I'm not going to be over dramatic about this like other girls would. It's just pathetic. What's really happening is something taking control. And I need to stop it. I can't let whoever it is try to get in my way and... MXES's way too.
I sat down and pointed to the floor which left MXES puzzled.

"Sit."

"Okay...?"

"I need a break. I feel like I'm in some overdramatized story."

"Same, honestly."

"So..."

"Hm?" He looked at me with curiosity.
