Chapter 41: Please Don't Change

"What time should we pick up Jungwon?" Jin asked Jungkook while the latter seemed to be in his own world looking at his phone.

Jungkook looked up at him and saw Jin leaning on the kitchen counter while he was swallowing the grapes they bought earlier. Jungkook went near him and hugged him through his waist.

"What time would you like to pick him up?"

"Can we pick him up now?" Jin asked.

"Okay. I'll call Jimin. Before that, can we talk?"

Jin looked at him. "You're scaring me. What is this about?"

"Don't be scared. I just want to talk to you about my upcoming concerts and wanted to know how we'll be able to meet each other because I will be busy. However, I don't want to miss any moment that we can be together. Please don't think that I am pressuring you about it, I just want to know how we can adapt."

"Oh. You'll have your concerts?"

Jungkook nodded. "I was supposed to have concerts after I released the album I recently had, however, I requested to postpone it since I wanted to spend more time with you and Woonie."

"When will they be?"

"We're still discussing the dates but I want to make sure that you are aware about it first and that I include you and Woonie in the plan."

Jin smiled at Jungkook, thinking that he considered him and their son. He hugged Jungkook over his neck. "Thank you for considering us." He kissed Jungkook over his lips, but just a quick one. "We can work on it. As I have mentioned, me and Jungwon can attend your concerts if we don't have a lot of things to do. We still have Chaeyoung to help us in caring for Jungwon."

"You really will?"

"Of course! I promised you that didn't I?"

Jungkook smiled and kissed Jin again but this time deeper.

After few seconds, he moved away from Jin's lips and looked at him. "What if we leave Woonie to Jimin and Yoongi for a week?"

Jin pushed him hard. "No, Jeon Jungkook! You need to stop! You already had a lot for the last two days that I even had to go on leave today. I miss my son already and I'm sure he also misses me by now." Jin said confidently then walked away from Jungkook.

"Woonie, baby, how was your weekend?" Jungkook asked as soon as he got Jungwon from Jin. They just arrived at the house of Jimin and Yoongi, and Jungwon had been so excited when he saw them. He immediately hugged his Appa and kissed his face.

Jin also peppered him with a lot of kisses before handing him over to Jungkook since the latter was also excited to hug his son.

"Woonie played with Yoonji."

"That's good." Jungkook answered.

"I hope he did not give you problems." Jin said to Jimin.

"Not at all. He's an angel. We don't even need to watch over him. He'll tell us if he needs anything and we'll just bring it to him if he can't do it on his own. He never changed, he's like that eversince." Jimin said to Jin while they were seating on the couch.

"He's usually energetic when he's with Jungkook."

"Maybe because Jungkook also shares his energy with him." Jimin said chuckling.

"Oh, both of you are already here." Yoongi said while going down their stairs. "Kook, can I talk to you for a minute?"

"Sure. Go play with Yoonji first, Woonie." Jungkook said then put Jungwon down.
