Today was a special day for Summer. It was her Nanna's and her god sister Taylor's birthday party at Texas Roadhouse, but before the fun began, she had to tackle a busy day at school.

Summer woke up early and got ready in a hurry. She had an essay due today and wanted to drop it off before class. As she arrived at school, her teacher, Ms. Gleason, asked her to deliver a gift to another teacher, Ms. White. While in the kindergarten and pre-K hallway, Summer couldn't help but reminisce about her own pre-K days and all the fun memories she had there.

Later, she met her friend Tia for breakfast, where they had a great time chatting. They hurried back to class just in time for the announcements.

In class, they were introduced to their new student teacher, Ms. Coleman, who was a senior at Southern University. Summer felt a bit nervous during their essay writing session but was surprised to find out she made no mistakes in her essay when Ms. Gleason proofread it. She received applause from her classmates, boosting her confidence.

After school, Summer got ready for the birthday party. Her Minnie couldn't join, so her T-tay picked her up along with her Aunt Tede and Taylor. At Texas Roadhouse, Summer gave Taylor her birthday present and eagerly awaited her food. She couldn't help but feel annoyed by the slow waiter but enjoyed the lively atmosphere during the birthday celebration, complete with a loud "YEHAWH!"

As Summer headed to bed, she felt excited thinking about her own upcoming birthday party next week.
