Damon didn't know exactly what had led him to Holly in the first place, he just knew that he had a weird feeling when she hadn't answered his text and when Elena had basically blasted his ear off and accused him on kidnapping. So he had started retracing his steps and that's when he found her small car flipped over and deserted in the middle of the road.

"Please, please don't be dead." He whispered under his breath as he walked towards the car and managed to flip it easily in one quick tug. He saw that Holly was unconscious, but thankfully there was no blood.

"Holly, Holly?" he slapped her cheek slightly and Holly just gave a small mumble in response.

Satisfied, that she wasn't dead, Damon opened the car door and removed Holly's seatbelt. He picked her up and took her towards his own car. They had their own journey.

Holly felt the sun hit her face as she slowly opened her eyes. The thoughts of last night suddenly hit her as she jolted up. She pushed her dark hair from her face. "What the hell?"

"Good morning to you too, sleeping beauty." Damon said from the driver's side. "Took you long to wake up."

"Where are we?" she asked dazedly as she looked at the sun. It had to be noon at least, for how long had she actually been asleep?

"Georgia." Damon said simply as if Georgia was next to Mystic Falls.

Holly sat up straighter and looked at her surroundings. There wasn't a single other car on the road and there were just endless green fields. They were definitely not in Mystic Falls. "No, seriously Damon where are we?"

Damon rolled his eyes. "Did you suffer brain damage or something? Seriously, we're in Georgia. How are you feeling?"

Holly frowned. She was a little sore, but otherwise perfectly fine. "I'm-"

"There are no broken bones, I checked." Damon interrupted.

Holly closed her eyes as she rested her back against the seat. Everything suddenly became clear, she had been on her way to pick up Elena . . . a strange man . . . running him over. "There was a man . . . a vampire he had to be, he just stood up and walked away . . . who was he?"

Damon clicked his tongue. "That's what I would like to know."

Holly started squirming in her seat. "Where's my phone?" she saw the way that Damon was avoiding to answer. "I mean it Damon, where's my phone? Stop the car, we need to go back."

Damon ignored her.

Holly narrowed her eyes and suddenly the car came to a sudden halt. Holly stubbornly got out of the car and Damon followed.

"I really hate it when you do your witchy stuff." He said sourly as he stood next to her.

Holly crossed her arms over her chest. "Then next time, do what I ask you to do. I'm serious Damon we have to go back." She bit her lip. "No one knows where I'm am, I crashed my car-" Damon didn't look like he was about to budge. "This is kidnapping."

Damon snorted. "That's a little melodramatic don't you think, besides we've already come this far. We could do so many fun things."

Holly glared at him.

"Fine. Be boring."

Holly's ringtone started beeping in Damon's jacket pocket. Damon took it out and handed it back to her. "Here, it's you sister."

"Hello." Holly answered.

"Holly, where are you?" Elena's worried voice came from the other side. "You didn't show up, I covered for you with Jenna and I told the manager at the Grill that you were sick."

"I'm fine, Elena, I'm with Damon." She said giving him a side view.

"What are you doing with Damon?" there was confusing in Elena's voice.

"It's a long story." Holly groaned. "I'll tell you later, I'll be back tonight. Bye." Holly turned back to Damon. "Now can we go back?"

"We're almost there." He said. "Come on, Holly live a little I promise that you will be in dangerous Mystic Falls by tonight."

Holly didn't speak for a moment. "Fine, but you better not drag me into any more messes."

"You brought me to a bar?" Holly raised an eyebrow as Damon pulled over to bar with a wooden sign that said Bree's Bar. "What, the Grill isn't good enough for you?"

"I don't care about the bar," Damon said as he parked. "There's a witch here, more importantly that witch can help me open the tomb so that I can get Katherine back."

"All this for a girl?" Holly raised an eyebrow.

Damon softened. "Katherine is a special kind of girl."

"You may be a jerk, but I do have to admire your dedication." Holly said as they both exited the car.

Damon looked back at her amused. "Is that supposed to be a compliment?"

"Nope." She smirked. "Though you do know they're not going to let me in, I'm underage."

"I meet you at a bar."

"Well, yeah." She trailed off. "But I was moody and depressed." The bar was nearly empty and it smelled like a combination of stale beer and French fries.

A dark hair woman approached them and she immediately kissed Damon, startling Holly. "Damon, is that really you? My honey pie!" she led both Damon and Holly towards the bar and offered them each a glass. She raised her glass in the air and shouted. "This is to the man that broke my heart, crushed my soul, destroyed my life and ruined my chances of happiness! Drink up!" Bree and Damon drank theirs while Holly stared at them utterly confused. Bree faced Holly. "So sweetheart, how did he rope you in?"

Holly flushed and stammered. "Oh, we're not dating we-"

"Honey, if you're not roped you're whipped." Bree laughed. "Meet him in college and I can see he's still charming the young, innocent looking ones."

Holly almost burst out laughing. "You went to college?"

Damon smirked looking at Bree. "I've been on a college campus. That's where I meet Bree."

Bree fluttered her eyelashes. "Back when I was a sweet, young freshman I meet this beautiful man and I fell in love and we both shared our little secrets. Changed my world."

"I rocked you world."

"He's good in the sack, isn't he?" she winked at Holly while Holly blushed ever redder.

"Oh, I don't-"

Bree interrupted her and she faced Damon. "Now what is it that you want?"
