Ok! I know I said every fifth chapter was Seth's POV but me being me, for some reason I thought this was the 25th?!

So it was a once off mistake. The next Seth POV hopefully is thirty!

BUT HOLY MOLY! DOESN'T THIS SONG SUIT THEM BOTH?! Like I feel, it's for both of them. It just talks to Seth and Evie on the same level but different ways at the same time. I just think it's cute.

-------------------

The day Evie asked me could she go on the so called 'date' I had avoided her since. Honestly, I had no proper reason for being annoyed but I was. How could she give this guy a chance so quick, I never heard of him before.

I knew I wasn't acting fair but when did I ever.

Why did I even care? This was her choice, no one could blame me this time if she got in trouble. It was entirely her fault.

She seemed to understand I was avoiding her because she didn't do much to try talk or bother me. She was back to her timid self around me. Drunk Evie was entirely different from sober Evie.

I pushed myself from the couch. My stubble was becoming... a bit more than stubble, I kind of forgot to shave. It was time to say goodbye to the facial hair on my face that I wasn't fond of.

I began to make my way up the stairs before footstep flew down, extremely quick, pausing right in front of me. I looked up to Evie who was on the step above me. For once I wasn't looking down on her and we were at eye level.

A sweet smelling scent rose from her and I couldn't help but allow myself to check her out. She was dressed up nice for whoever this 'date' was. I met her eyes again, noticing a slight pink color on her cheeks. Raising my eyebrows I asked, "Are you excited?"

She stayed silent for only a moment before nodding her head slowly. I didn't know what else to say but I felt like I had to say something instead of just barging past her.

"And you'll be okay?" I asked casually.

"I'll be fine" I was slightly surprised at the blank expression on her face, covering her nervous one. She bravely side-stepped me and made her way down the rest o the stairs without an 'excuse me'. This wasn't like her.

I turned around and followed her, slightly confused at her behaviour, "How well do you know this guy?" Was she scared... nervous? I couldn't read her right now like I usually could.

"I know him enough" She gave me a strange look and hurt almost crossed her eyes. I didn't dwell on the emotion and brushed it off.

"Hm? Really? You never mentioned him, ever until recently"

"How well do I know you? And I'm living with you" She almost snapped. Her eyes widened at her words and her hands went to her mouth, as if trying to take the words back. She stared at me, desperately as if slightly panicked.

"I suppose you're right in a way" I just nodded my head, slightly annoyed.

"In a way?"

"I'm not the one trying to get into your pants by taking you on a date"

"He's not like that, Seth" The scared look disappeared and her jaw tightened. Her brow furrowed as she stared at me, frustration clouding her eyes. It was amusing, seeing her like this.

The doorbell interrupted our short conversation and her eyes lit up at the sound. She turned away from me and almost skipped to the door in excitement. I frowned, she honestly was such a child.

When she pulled the door open I couldn't help but venture over to see the guy who was taking her out. I stood beside her and as if knowing I was there her body tensed up.
