So, you guys can imagine her as Hana Zelder.

"Wake up! It's nine already! You're so gonna be late for work!" A feminine voice screamed right at me.

"What work are you talking about?" I spoke groggily as I covered my ears with my soft, fluffy pillow.

"What work? You're a friking counsellor! And today's a fucking Monday!" That voice sounded a lot like Cass.

Shit.

I sat up immediately which caused my head to slam into Cass's. Me and Cass immediately groaned in pain.

"Did you just say that it was nine?" I asked, my mind thinking of the worst possible scenarios. My shift starts at nine thirty A.M. What if the hospital fires me? It had taken me ages to find a job and I can't let this go. I've never been late because I always slept early on a work night. But yesterday, after all the drama with Asher and of course watching a movie with Cass, I ended up sleeping at around two A.M.

Curse that movie for being so good.

"Yep."

I glared at her indirectly ask wether she was kidding me or not.

"I swear I'm not kidding," she said, raising her hands in surrender. Then she left, probably to cook breakfast. My stomach rumbled showing that it was in need for food.

Yeah, she was the cook in this house.

"Oh fuck." I muttered, quickly getting up and changing into something comfortable. I quickly put the doctor's coat on my outfit and I was all ready. I checked the watch hanging in my room to find out how much time I have left.

9:10.

I've still got twenty minutes to reach. A bus can take me there in fifteen minutes but I doubt that I'll even find a bus right now. Walking will take me around thirty minutes. The motorbike is not in a working condition, currently. Something's wrong with it.

Now I was panicking. What should I do? I started pacing my room whilst running a hand through my hair.

You can't lose this job. This was the only thing going on repeatedly in my mind. I could feel my heart thumping loudly in my chest. My hands were sticky with sweat.

I was definitely panicking.

"Breakfast!" Cass called out.

This is not the time for breakfast. I mean, it is, like morning is the time for breakfast, I just meant that breakfast isn't as important as my job right now.

"Cass, in case you haven't noticed I'm late! I don't give a shit about breakfast right now. And I know I won't be able to make it in time, and I'm sure they'll fire me, gods what if I don't find another job? And what will happen if we starve to death or-" I felt Cass's hand on my mouth which stopped my blabbering.

"You won't be late and are most definitely not gonna get fired. Ash is on his way to pick you up from here and drop you at the hospital. Now sit and eat your breakfast without blabbering anymore shit," Cass ordered.

"Asher's gonna pick me up? No way I'm going with him," I said as I shook my head.

"Well, then I can't save you if you're fired. And who knows wether you'll find another job or not?" Cass spoke.
