~Natsu's P.O.V.~

As I was talking to pervert snowcone, I heard a sob. "Blondie?" I called out her new nickname. Blondie immediately took to her heels and ran. I sped and caught her hand. "Let me go Pinkhead." She muttered. "Blondie why are you crying?" I asked. I hated seeing her face like this. "Lucy?" Pervert snowcone said. "Lucy, is that you?" He repeated, walking closer and staring at her intently. Blondie looked up and whispered, "Gray nii-sama?" "LUCY!" Gray inhaled sharply. "Wha--" before I could say anything, Gray pushed past me and hugged Blondie. "The hell dude?" I growled, walking over to pry them apart. "Nii...-sama?" Blondie said in between sobs. I froze."My God Lucy it is you!" Gray pulled away from Blondie and stared at her. Blondie had a complete meltdown. "You said...you would come back...Nii-sama...but you left me with that monster..." Blondie cried. I was taken aback with this sudden turn of events. Gray looked down, his hair shadowing his eyes. "Sumaragi, Lucy. I didnt know okaa-sama would never bring me back to that house. I wanted to see you so badly..." "You left me with that monster. Jude Heartfilia. He beat me up everytime I--" "Stop. Shut up. Whats going on?" I finally broke in. Blondie looked at me through tear-blurred eyes and cleared all confusion with a simple summary. "He, that is, Gray, is my brother." "WHAT?" I shouted.

~Lucy's P.O.V.~
"He, that is, Gray, is my brother." I confessed. "WHAT?" Pinkhead shouted. "Shut up Ash Face you ruined a twin reunion." Gray rolled his eyes. Pinkhead looked at me. I looked away guiltily. "Blondie," he said quietly, "come with me for a sec." "O-okay. Nii-sama..." I looked at Gray for approval, hoping he'd say no and bail me out of this. He nodded. Thanks a bunch. Pinkhead grabbed my hand, ignoring Gray's overprotective stare and led me to my room. "Blondie. Mind explaining?" Pinkhead glared at me questioningly. "Gray is my" "God, Blondie, I heard you the first time. There's more about you that you havent told me." He probed. "Fine. So when I was five, my mother and father had a divorce, at least that's what I thought, so my mother took my twin brother, Gray, away and left. They promised they would be back, and I believed them. But they never did. I missed them so much, especially Gray. Without him, I was lonely. My father was a fan of child abuse I guess. All I had to do was ask to see my mother and Gray three times and he'd beat me up. He was a terror all the years of my life. He never behaved like a father. I was like a slave. Not even a slave should be treated the way he treated me. I started staying in my room more often, avoiding him. Years passed, and just two days ago...you know the rest." I sighed. A tear rolled down my face. Then Pinkhead leaned in, his thumb wiping away the tear, and leaned his forehead on mine, ruffling my hair. My eyes widened. The sassy, bad ass pinkette could be this...gentle..."Come on, lets go outside. You need time to talk to Popsicle Freak." Pinkhead ruffled my hair, and led me outside after opening the door. Before we stepped out of the living room, I stopped and let go of his hand. He turned around and gave me a "what's-up" look. I smiled. "Hey, I'm Lucy Heartfilia." I grinned despite my tear stained face.

~Natsu's P.O.V.~

"Hey, Im Lucy Heartfilia." Blondie smiled. My eyes widened. I smiled softly, then I threw a smirk. "'Sup. Natsu Dragneel," I told her my name, then grabbed her hand again and continued walking out, "nice to meet you, Luce."

~Lucy's P.O.V.~

Luce? Aw...the nickname is pretty cute. "Same." I beamed as I followed Natsu's lead.
