I cleared the plate of bacon and took it to the sink. Luce had recovered enough to cook something simple and delish for both of us since we pretty much skipped lunch again.

"You okay?" I asked again. Luce wiped her hands on her school skirt and nodded. She tilted her head at me. "You're taking this pretty well Natsu. I'm leaving ya know." She reminded.

"Don't get me started on that. I'm pissed, mostly sad that you're gonna leave. But I'm gonna be a strong boy for your sake and not be whiny and shit. Besides, you're coming back right?" I probed. "I have to. I want to. I need to. I will." Luce said firmly. I hugged her from the behind. She tensed up but slowly relaxed.

We stayed like that for few moments, but then the door burst open.

I went out to check who it was.

The whole gang was here, even Laxus, who was the ever-absent one. I had explained everything to everyone via text, so they came in with looks of pity and fake smiles. The girls mobbed the kitchen and dragged Luce to her room, while us guys frog-marched Gray to my room.

Once we had settled with cans of cola, we all stared at Gray.

The bunch of idiots stared at me. I didn't know what to say. I'm sure they already knew about the crap happening to us. No one said anything for a long time, so Gajeel broke the silence.

"So...you and bunny girl are gonna be leaving huh."

"Yeah." It was all I could say. I felt like crying, but the need to be a manly guy stopped me. (A/N: I regret not putting Elfman in the story. He be like "CRYING IS MANLY".) I did not want to seem like a sissy, so I bit back tears. God I hate crying. "Gray you bastard you could have told us." Natsu muttered, taking another swig of booze.

-meanwhile, in Lucy's room-

Looking at all of my friends worried faces and not-subtle-at-all stares just made tears start running down my face. As I started shaking with sobs, I was pulled into a huge bosom.

Erza....?

One by one, the girls came over and hugged me, soon it turned into a giant group hug.

That was another way to pop my plugs.

I began ranting and crying violently again. I spoke of how sad I was to leave them, how I would miss them, how I loved them, how I needed them, and how I never knew when I was going to return. I might be gone for four or five months; I don't want that. It was November now; I wanted to spend every moment of the frigid winter enveloping myself in the warmth of my friends but I couldn't just because some nutjob killed my aunt.

Not long after, all of us were dissolved in tears. Juvia cried the most--the skies darkened a little as she did.

Looking at the Ice Freak hold back his tears is disgusting. So I did what I could. I went up to him and slung an arm around him.

"Cry you little bastard. Cry if you want to. F***ing cry before I make you." I said.

Before you say I was evil for being so rude and harsh to a sad guy, I did it for his good, since tears started rolling down his face right after I said those words.

"Ya know what? Having a little crying party is heartwarming but sissy as shit and is probably what the girls are doing now, so let's just get a video game and game until who knows how late. Screw dinner. Screw everything. Screw curfews. We're gonna get pissed off at the game and we're gonna cry when we want to. Who's with me?" Gajeel shouted.
